I used to live blocks away from Miller Bros but now I live across town and I still make the inconvenient trip for any maintenance/oil change. These guys are so dang good. I've been going to them with my '99 Avalon for about 7 years now with no problems EVER after replacing timing belt, radiator, tires, rotors, spark plugs, etc. They keep a history of your car, keep records if anything needs to be looked at in a year. If ever anything gets beyond their estimate, they call you. If anything becomes unpredictable, it's a call or a conversation or an adjustment. I've had a few conversations with Trey over the years on when it's time to lay my old boy to rest and I've received a nuanced and compassionate response. He's listened to my goals, budget, and values and has made recommendations based on those. They are a huge reason why I boast about clearing 400,000 miles in a couple months. If you want legitimate and long-term care for your vehicle, Miller Brothers is your place. And for me, they are my mechanic no matter where I live in St. Louis.

I missed one appointment here after having multiple services done on multiple cars here before and because I missed ONE I can’t have service done here again. One thing I’m not going to do is beg a shop to take my money.

Miller's provides outstanding service. I made an appointment for a state inspection and later realized that I should have included an oil change, etc. Miller's had not scheduled time for those extras but when they noticed that the car was overdue for the work they went ahead and did it anyway, saving me having to make another appointment. They are the best.

They took hundreds of dollars from me and did not fix my vehicle! My car came back to me worst tnan it went in!!! TRUE!

Came in with an oil leak, after diagnostics they offered $800 worth of repairs, but after the repair nothing changed, leaks the same as before. Looks like scam for 880$, not recommended =]

This place is definitely not what people talk it up to be. First of all, you can go there FIRST THING in the morning and they still likely won't check your car until 3pm or even 4. So, you can't expect any work to get done on the same day and there's no "pick your car up after lunch". The next and worst thing is they rather milk you for more money by demanding you come back another time WEEKS later to check the same problem they already looked. They have no urgency at all, and just very stern with their approach. All in all, you have to care about your own time and not come here

I've been going to Miller Brothers for the past two years and would never think of going anywhere else. They are amazing. They take the time to explain the problems and options for solutions. Scheduled some work to be done with them. They diagnosed one of the three problems, which I asked to be fixed not diagnosed, and they refused to do anything about the other issues. THEN they refused to take anything other than cash. Would never recommend. Waste of time/money

DISHONEST PRICING. Poor communication between employees. Poor custom service. Disrespectful. Was quoted $70 over the phone for diagnosing my car. Set up an appointment two weeks out. When I dropped off my car I was given a paper that quoted $135 for diagnosing my car, when I asked about being quoted $70 over the phone I was told "No, you must have heard $270." I said, "So it's $135 to diagnose my car?" And was told "Up to $135." In the end I paid $95 for a diagnosis and they did nothing to fix my car. Commination was extremely disrespectful and it felt as if I was being talked down to.

It took over a month to schedule my appointment to get my truck in there. I have an exhaust problem told them why my check engine light was on and that I've gone through 3 EGR feedback pressure sensor s by them melting and needed to figure out why this is happening. They had my truck for 2 days did tests, but could not figure out why my sensors were melting and told me everything is working properly as far as they can tell but told me that I did have an exhaust leak from a brand new catalytic converter I just had replaced and told me to take my truck to a Ford dealer to have more tests done. They charged me $161.xx for telling they couldn't figure out why my sensors were melting, and couldn't fix the problem, gee thanks...
