Cauner is pleasant to work with, not pushy, and lays out a couple options for you, and works ro get the job done quickly. And the final cost was less than the proposal (pleasant surprise)

I had the pleasure of bringing my car to Milex Complete Auto Care yesterday, and I couldn’t be more impressed! They took care of everything my car needed, and now it runs like it's brand new. I spent about 7 hours there (by choice), and during that time, I had the chance to observe multiple customer interactions. Zach, the representative, was not only extremely polite but also very knowledgeable, taking the time to address every customer's needs with care. I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of auto care. The service is top-notch, and the team genuinely cares about making sure you and your car are well taken care of.

Great customer service and advisor. They make sure your car is running as it should and take extra time to not just do free inspection but also test drive your car and will give detailed explanation of anything recommended and/or needed repairs.

Experienced discrimination, cannot receive a straight answer about my car, complete headache to do business with. Family and friends have went here for years so it’s unfortunate. Update: When I picked up my car they asked me to change this review before an apology or the run down of services. Also, I didn’t receive a full breakdown of my inspections but I was exhausted from the service. Just glad the mechanical work that was done, was done correctly. I took the apology and moved on. Again, family and friends did not go through this when dealing with an employee that was unavailable once I came for services.

Horrible service, not only did they take darn there 2 months fixing my car, a year and 2 months later the same issue happens again that cost $6,000 to fix again but they only do a 12 month warranty and the same work they did is not covered. Believe me don't ever take your car here there not good for business or your vehicle

I brought my car in because it was not shifting into high gear. After evaluation by the technician he recommended either selling the car or he could replace the transmission for $6,589.72. Since then it's been determined that a solenoid is stuck, new transmission not needed. I would not recommend your facility.

My car is not being worked on in a timely manner. It was brought in on 11/7/24, test ran on 11/11/24, and warranty approved repairs 11/18/24. I was told 11/21/24 my car wouldn't have the the repairs started until after the week of Thanksgiving. On 12/3/24 I was told the process of repair was started but after further questioning, I was told the "staging " process would be started on 12/4/24. On 12/6/24, I was told the engine was taken out and the new engine would be going in soon. On 12/10/24, I was told the exact same thing as that was said on 12/6/24 which obviously means one of those encounters was a lie. On 12/13/24, Zack called saying the engine was put together and was currently being placed in my vehicle. I went to the shop in person hours later just to be lied to about my car again. He said it was in the bay, it was not. He then proceeded to say the holdup came from my warranty company, it did not. They approved the necessary repairs in a timely manner. He stated my car should be ready midweek of the following week. On 12/17/24 I received a text stating my car was running and I would get a call once it was ready, I did not. On 12/18/24 "midweek" I called for an update. I was told my car was being test driven and would need be tested again the following day. I was promised a call back which I haven't received 9/10 since the beginning. The majority of communication was done via telephone calls that I made to the shop. On 12/19/24, hoping my car would be ready, I was then told now I need an O2 sensor and a catalytic converter that's not covered under the warranty. Did not receive an estimate or an explanation of why these were needed, although I had a prior inspection done that didn't show an error with either of those parts. Waited for an update again that I didn't receive. I'm already being charged close to $2600 which I completely understand. However with these new issues I'm sure the cost will skyrocket and the wait time for my car will increase. It's Christmas time, I have kids, had to miss work a few times, and the disregard for the major inconveniences doesn't say great customer service. I don't feel like a valued customer nor do I feel like my car is a priority. My warranty only pays for a 10 day car rental and the shop has quoted a 7-15 day period but that has passed. I have no idea when I will get my car or the actual total. I picked this company based on the positive reviews. I guess they aren't consistent. I do not recommend.

This was one of the best experiences of discrimination against women. I towed my car there after being promised to not be overcharged or taken advantage of. Unfortunately the person I talked to was fired prior to me picking my car up. I paid to tow my car there to have them hit me in the head with fees for doing a diagnosis. Which I had already paid someone else to do. I ended up giving them $498 for tests. Nothing was fixed. I’m not happy! Here is a list of things done and not done with the warranty that were not provided. They also were going to charge me $77.00 for a walk around inspection on my car. Unreal!

I have been entirely pleased with the service I have received, and especially with the communication about progress and discoveries made while attending to my vehicle. My vehicle is 37 years old, but unlike many other shops, Milex/Mr. T didn't hesitate when I asked them to work on it, & it turned out that the Shop Manager spent several years early in his career becoming an expert on my vehicle ... and that has proven invaluable as the necessary repairs have been sorted out & resolved.

Just had my oil change. The shop also did tire rotation and inspection. They found some issues that no other shop who just do an oil change would do. I appreciate their due diligence and efforts keeping me safe.

Zach was amazing I don’t know a lot about cars, but I knew there was something terribly wrong with mine went in. Got a diagnostics on the car and Zach explained everything to me letting me know the breakdown. What was important what needed to be done it was a relief for me. I give him 1 million stars if I could.
