Ran by some jerk with a nasty attitude. Went by once to see how much he would charge to mount and balance 4 tires on my husband's truck. When he said 160 my husband asked when the prices went up cause last time he'd paid 90. The guy proceeded to start cursing and raising every loving you know what about how yeah and the guy who did it almost got his @$$ beat blah blah blah. Needless to say we've never been back and won't be. If you want to good tire shop go to the quick change tires LLC located within walking distance of their shop. They are wonderful. Fast friendly service, great attitudes and and between 2 vehicles and 5 tires mounted and balanced we ended up paying a total of 175 AND the young man checked the air in ALL the tires even though we only had 2 changed on that vehicle just to make sure Mom's car was road ready. Quick change is just past their shop on the left if your coming from Hopkins or on your right right before their shop if your coming from Columbia. Well worth the money spent 😉

Terrible customer service and attitude. I went there to enquire about getting a used tire for a spare. I was told, "$60 and you have to take the old tire with you." Within two seconds, both men just walked away without saying anything else. I left immediately. Do not go here. Juan's Used Tires.

I was heading from Columbia to Sumter today to pick up my grand baby and had a tire blowout. Managed to get the spare on but it wouldn’t hold air. Thanks goodness Mikes was right down the road. I was able to limp my car there and they had a tire on and got rid of my old one in a few minutes. Even got my spare filled with air. Checked all the tires and put air in them for me. Super friendly and so funny. Great price and I was on the road in no time. Can’t recommend enough.

Dude is very rude..he sold me bad tire with a chip missing on the side wall.. I back outside the fence and got out the car inspected my tire seen it when I told him about it he tried to argue with me... I won't waste my time coming here even if my life depends on it.

It would be nice if he was honest and didn't waste people time. I called and asked if they couldn't close because i was 3 minutes down the road and just needed a hole plugged. He asked what size tire and said okay. I got there 1 minute before closing and and waited 20 minutes foe him to finish up someone else. Other guy left he quickly closed the gate and walked off, didn't closed the shop door, and acted like he didn't hear me talking to him. Its the not the fact that he closed its the fact he didn't have the common courtesy to say he didn't want to stay open. All I'm saying is be a man and say on the phone you were servicing your last car for the day and not have me wait and i could gone somewhere else. Its extra annoying because he's done that to me before.

I purchased two front tires for $100 total. First of all, what establishment only accepts cash in 2023, but I digress. I was taken advantage of because I'm a woman. The tires were OLD (2017 to be exact). One, I had to keep getting air in. The dude got smart with me on the phone. When I brought it back, they tried to get me to pay $40 for a patch! I bought the tire August 7th. Needed it replaced August 18th. 😕 A nail was in it, but I'm convinced I rolled over it at their place because of where the nail was located. HORRIBLE, DIRTY, OLD TIRES!

I came here today because this is the only place that always has hard to find tire sizes. Tires are usually around $50-$60 here and always great tread. Today the guy comes and says “hey I got these high tread tires I gotta get $80 for these shows me a PIRELLI CINTURATO P7 RUN FLAT tire. I said cool brand new this tire is like a $400 tire easy! 30 min later he comes back with the tire on the rim I look it over once but didn’t notice it was a different tire get home there is a plug in the tire! I really depended on this business for quality. I am beyond disappointed. Where will I go now for quality used tires at a price that I can afford? I did leave 1 star because in the past they have been great but the quality of service is going down.

Worse customer service ever!! I asked tire prices because I was shopping around. When I returned he chose not to serve me and claimed he was closing but served 2 other customers after me and even served someone that pulled up as I was waiting.

Great customer service and everyone was kind and we enjoyed our time there. So unusual for some tire places, but they made a stressful situation, so much better. We weren't there too long, they're turnarounds are fantastic. We will be back and tell others. This is our second time and they are amazing and well knowledgeable. We will be back.

I don't understand the bad reviews. Sold me 2 USED, but SOLID tires. $100 for both + labor included in the price and yeah, I don't know these tires history but they're not leaking and the tread is good, which should be the main concern. Was out in under an hour. Will definetly pass on the word and would return again if needed.
