If i could give zero stars i would. Tried taking advantage of my mom by charging her 2300 bucks totalling redoing her suspension system. Charged for something he didn't do, then refused to do more work until she paid more. Charged twice for the same part then saying he couldn't get it programmed. This business is robbing people that are low income. He will be reported to the BBB

Preface to this experience is that my husband has known Mike for like 30 years - We have taken all of our vehicles to mikes auto for repair for as long as I’ve been with my husband. My husband has always recommended mikes auto to others that were seeking repairs. There were times that he quoted some astronomical amount for repairs that were not necessary. I know this because my husband had his daughter take her SUV there once and after Mike gave her his opinion and quoted his cost, she vied for a second opinion and took it elsewhere, where incidentally, not even half of the things Mike had told her needed repair. I just kind of blew it off and we continued to take our cars there. This last go round however, was the last straw. My husband called to ask what it would cost for the radiator in our 2007 vehicle. He quoted over $900 for that and a few other things. My husband told him we didn’t have it like that right now and he asked how about just the radiator. He quoted over $500. At the time, my husband told him his checks haven’t been the best with all the bad weather and snow and that we just really needed to wait on it. Apparently Mike had told my husband to come get the car till we could afford it but I did not know this. Mike says he called my husband a few times to do this but again I did not know. The part that chaps my a** Is Mike has had my phone number and he is also our friend on facebook and he never ONE TIME called me because my husband is an OTR truck driver and it’s hit or miss as to when he is home. He knows how to contact me and he didn’t even try. THEN he tells us we have to pay him $600 storage fee for the car!!!! EXCUSE ME?!?!?! WE DONT HAVE $500 FOR THE RADIATOR BUT NOW YOU WANT $600 FOR STORAGE?!?? We had to pay for the radiator fix and not pay rent or buy food or anything let because if we did not, he would have kept our car. And you are supposed to be my husband’s friend??? What in the world would you do to someone you don’t even know??? I’m not even sure what he did or didn’t do to our car. All I know is if it has a new radiator in it, it CERTAINLY SHOULDNT SMELL LIKE ITS OVERHEATING!!!! 🤬

Mike offered quality affordable towing and mechanical labor. He tried the cheap fixes and thoroughly tested them before trying the next steps and kept me updated the entire way. Called him last minute and still got my car back the next day. Highly recommend.

My favorite mechanic. I get treated like family there. I dont care if some parts and services might be a bit more pricey, he's always honest and patient with me. I would recommend him to everyone I meet.

Brought my whole family to this place and spent thousands on repairing all my vehicles here plus my family’s vehicles until I met another mechanic and found out that mike was lying about what was wrong with my cars and family’s cars just so we can spend more money with him and constantly come back to him to get more repairs. Overall I probably Gave him 6,000

Very friendly and helpful. Was able to diagnose and fix our truck while we were on a road trip. He made a few trips to get parts and was extremely fair on his pricing for parts and labor. I'd recommend him to anyone needing work on their vehicle.
