Trained in the ancient arts of denial, excuse-making, and blame-shifting. Will find any excuse not to honor your warranty. I came in for a noise under my car, they said a bolt had come out because I hit something. As the only driver, I’m certain I never hit anything. They pointed to a scratch on the under tray, and “damage” on the rear lower control arm. I said all cars have scratched under trays, that’s what they’re for, and it’s no reason for parts to be falling off. How is a scratch gonna perfectly remove a bolt 3 feet away from it, without damaging anything at all closer to the bolt. “But what about the damage to the control arm?” Non existent. Invented. Completely fabricated. Please see attached photos of the area, both before and after I installed the 39-cent bolt that they wanted $250 for. Would have taken them 3 minutes to fix, instead I had to drive around for a week with a broken suspension on a new car because they’d rather make up stories. Anything for a buck though, right? Highly recommend all potential buyers steer clear of this location, they may be friendly in sales but who wants a new car with no warranty?

I had the best experience today getting my oil changed! Starr was absolutely amazing—so kind, helpful, and full of energy, even at 8am, which is so rare! Her positivity and attentiveness really stood out and made the whole process so smooth and pleasant. The location itself was spotless and well-organized, which made it even better. I can’t recommend this place and *Starr* enough—thank you for such incredible service! I’ll definitely be coming back here.

I recently had my Toyota serviced with Kenny and had a great experience. I was taken care of relatively quickly and the communication was thorough. I intend to come back for my future services and ask for Kenny as well.

It was my 1st time here, and I underestimated these guys heavily, I usually take my car to Fred Haas Toyota World,but the drive out there is too far for me and with Mike Calvert being my nearest Toyota Dealer,decided to give these guys a try out! Straightforward and honest, they got my car out in a very reasonable timely matter. Ross Rubio gave me plenty of updates throughout my vehicle being serviced, and I didn't have to ask anything. Will be coming back for future service as it's nearby home.

So happy you knew the Apple CarPlay update IS an available service option,,. and isn’t something we had to do at home… You are great at what you do. Very dishonest. I came in to get my engine light checked out on a Prius. It’s $195 diagnostic fee. They sent me an invoice for $650 to do a further diagnostics and tried to charge me for other things that did not involve the check engine light which totaled over $2000. Just be upfront about what going on with the car and don’t try to price gouge or force me into thinking I need to trade in my car. I ended up leaving and still didn’t get an answer about my check engine light. Super unfortunate they conduct business

I had an appointment but still waited 30 minutes before anyone checked in on me. Meanwhile, the cars next to and behind me—who arrived after I did—were serviced first.

Why do you tell people to make an appointment for service? Arrive on time for the appointment and wait 30 minutes in the car reception area. The person who was supposed to check in the data to take the car never arrived. Don't play with people's time. People have a life and lots of things to do.

It’s just a bunch of C+ employees. Sometimes they do it right, sometimes they don’t. They go home right on time. Jose just okay, he can improve.

Liars! Liars! Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Trust me. One of the WORST car dealerships I have ever been to. I called them up in advance to get an appointment and inquire about a specific make and model, Jake told us they had 2 in stock. We drive up 30 mins later and he is busy and another guy called Kal comes up to us 30 mins later and Lies to tell the 2 cars just got sold. They are one of the worst in the area. I would never go back again and strongly advise no one to go there.

Poor customer service all around pertaining to rental service. I was told by the manager of rental service that my insurance would cover the fee per day. However, my policy covers only if there’s a claim on my car, for ex. If I’d been in an accident. I was assured before leaving with my rental that my insurance would cover it. At no point was I told that only one day would be covered and the rest might not be. When I called to discuss this issue, I was told that the service advisor would be the one to tell me this and not the rental service associates. Service advisor tells me he has no idea regarding rental service department. In all, my experience has been incredibly poor and validates other complaints said here. I’m now incurred charges that I could’ve avoided. As a paying customer I can’t help but wonder if this Service center intentionally under-trains its employees to lead customers into paying more for their explicit gain. In that case, Mike Calvert Toyota Service definitely succeeds with its main objective- helping themselves.

Only dealership I have not hated. Ask for Zach Barnes if you’re looking to buy new or used. Always had good experiences with their service center as well. Jose was very helpful

The only reason this isn’t a one star is because of the service advisor and how friendly he was. I went in to get my rear door glass replaced that I placed an order for 2 weeks in advance. Something that I was told would take 3 hours and honestly that was a stretch took 7 to almost 8 hours to do and then I was handed the vehicle all dirty, no wash and none of the gunk on the door that was being worked on was cleaned off. I just got this vehicle a month ago and have additional packages for extra cleaning/detailing of the car so I don’t get why they couldn’t give it back all cleaned and as nice as possible and even give it a wash that all dealerships seem to do. I’m hoping after cleaning it myself that some stuff on the door I’m concerned about aren’t like scratch damaged or stained. I’m also going to be real , with how long it took this technician to do this job, I honestly think he did more harm to the door than fixing it because I was told that motor to the power automatic window was damaged cause of broken glass going inside it and he spent.. again 7 hours messing with “something” i was told when I asked for updates but unfortunately I have no way to prove it except for the sketchy wait time. I should have at least got a discount or credit towards the “cleaning” fee I was charged to clean all the glass along with getting a clean car. I’m seriously not happy with the technician and probably should have let the glass specialist DAG, that the dealership forwarded me that ordered the parts do the job rather than let you guys “take it over”. I live 3 hours away but went to buy this vehicle and came back to have an unfortunate accident fixed because I thought you guys go the extra mile with your services.

The service Male, informed me upon exiting my vehicle that I would receive a text message once my vehicle was finished and I'm still waiting to receive that text, other than that minor technically service was GREAT!!!

Very disappointed in today’s service. I dropped my 4-Runner off with Oscar Vasquez for a 1pm appointment for regular maintenance oil change, rotation & car wash. Waited 4.5 hours to come back and they didn’t even wash my car, who knows if I even got an oil changed.
