Super helpful and polite staff. Kevin helped me on the phone decide on which tires were best for my car- I got my car towed up there and I picked it up the next day no problem. Tires can be super expensive so it’s nice to not feel bamboozled into getting something overpriced or something I don’t need for my car. I would definitely recommend this place and when I need new tires I will be coming here! Thanks guys !

The staff at Midtown tire were very professional, courteous and efficient. Granted it took a few hours to get to my car, but it was crowded on a Saturday morning. They're probably one of the few good tire shops in the area. I really liked the communications with the staff, I received a text and a phone call when they were ready to start on my car to let me know what was going on. I also received a text when it was completed with a detailed report with pictures. I appreciate the way they've incorporated technology to keep me informed. They had a tire in stock to replace my tire and gave me an alignment. One of the best experiences I've had at a tire shop! Great job Midtown Tire!

I always have a great experience at this Midtown Tire location. As someone who has had terrible experiences with mechanic shops in the past, I find the staff to be honest, accommodating, clear, really respectful and as helpful as possible to everyone who walks through the door.

I kept losing air pressure in my front passenger tire so I took my vehicle to Midtown Tire. They searched for punctured, leaks and valve stem issues but couldn’t find anything. So they decided to take off the tire from the wheel and saw a bit of corrosion that may have been causing the tire not to seal properly. Once they completed the work, they brought my car back to the front and I settled up. Because they didn’t find anything they didn’t charge me a dime. If I ever need ANY tire repair, work, or tire replacements for ANY of my 3 vehicles…. I will be coming to Midtown Tire!! Outstanding service and character.

Matt, Mike and the team took my call and had me in same day. I went in for a patch, but it had to be replaced. Got a great tire at a good price and was back on the road by early afternoon. Give this shop your business.

The entire experience was painless. The guys checked me in quickly - they were friendly and told me what to expect and they delivered. I even got pictures of the problem and a report of what they did BEFORE I paid. Highly recommend!

Today was my second time at Midtown Tire. The customer service is great here and Michael got me checked-in quickly. The lobby is well-kept and clean. This is easily the best spot in midtown for a quick tire rotation/repair

This is one of the best good years I have ever been to, I’m from Lawrenceville and the service I get there compared to this location doesn’t beat it. Mr Derek Cassey is an awesome manager and I observed how he moves with his team and they are quick and clean with it! Highly recommend anyone with any vehicle issues to check them out. Ultimately reliable!
