I was referred to mid town through my insurance agency after a long road of attempting to get my car repaired after a collision in January of 2023, Mid town did a wonderful job, they communicated throughout the entire process, the staff was very friendly and professional, after all repairs were completed they even showed me the damaged parts and went over all the repairs they made, to help me understand and reassure me that the over year and a half debacle I was put through with another repair shop, was finally over! I can’t show them enough appreciation for their awesome service and timely repairs, to getting me back in my car that I have been unable to drive for the last 2 years. I’m am so grateful! I definitely recommend them!

My family and I got into an accident with an 18-wheeler going into the weekend while traveling to Mexico. We ended up sleeping in the parking lot of the auto body shop. The owner, Travis, showed up Saturday while they were closed and looked out for me and my family by securing our van and our belongings in the back. Travis and the people who work here have been nothing short of a God send. Great communication. Great customer service. Great turnaround time. If you're in Greensboro, this is the place to be.

Really friendly staff, quick service. Only reason why I can't give 5 stars is because the work done on my car was a bit sloppy & I'm not sure it's because of the parts or the labor. My side mirror was swiped & the base of it was brand new from a previous accident. The base of the mirror was taken apart with a tool that really messed up the seam of the two pieces & it won't stick together anymore. Went back to get it fixed & they were more than willing to help, unfortunately it still looks terrible. I've given up trying to fix it & just hoping someone knocks my mirror off again 😂 Update: someone did side swipe me again and I got it fixed at Honda body shop so it looked brand new again 🤣

I am 34 years old .. not so young BUT !!! Since I was 18 I’ve never been in an accident … never had to deal with insurance and any kind of auto repairs without my parents doing all the talking ( I only get oil changes 😭😂)…. I found this company by chance after reading reviews not to take my car to a different shop… I AM %100 grateful for everyone I came in contact with . They did not try to get over on me .... Diane at the front was friendly and made me feel comfortable and talked me through the things the insurance companies should handle . Everyone else I spoke to…. FRIENDLY !! And did not make me feel stupid . Even when I came back with questions after getting my car back, they heard me out and still took my concerns in their hands . I was hit at stop sign … My car had damage I could not see … I got her back and she was prettier than the day I first got her . They detailed my car ! (God bless them lol it’s not too bad but .. im a smoker and ehhh… ) If you are skeptical about bringing your car to them DONT BE !!!!!!!! They are amazing ❤️

My car was hit in a parking lot causing damage to the back left fender. I took it to Mid-Town Body for repair. They were friendly, professional, and did a great job on the repair. When I picked up the car, two days after drop off, it had been detailed inside and out. If I ever have damage again, I would definitely return to Midtown.

Jason, a big fella and mechanic, is a true hero as he saved me... when a sudden failure, to the front under under- carriage of my automobile, occurred; it happened suddenly, when upon leaving my driveway i noticed an odd dragging sound. Fortuitously, i simply pulled off the road to see the matter. Coincidentally, it was at mid-town auto. Upon my plea, the lady at the front sought help and Jason arrived from the exiting The Bay ..to take a look at my hanging, under-guard. And his impressive Travis-Kelcie-like frame ..managed to slide under the front carriage and clip the failed partition back into place. What a hero. Yes, i did pay him. This will be my car remedy place in the future!

The service I received was okay until I started checking and having other ppl check out the work they were suppose to do to my car. My hood was pushed back that I cant even lift my wipers( I noticed this when trying to get my windshield replaced) as well as never replaced items that where on the adjustment paper. They even spray painted inside my car.

I don't know where to begin! The service I received was the best yet from any mechanic I have ever done business with! Travis went above and beyond to help me and I can't thank you enough. He returned all my calls and kept me posted. My car looks amazing! They give weekly text updates that let's you know the status and price of your vehicle. They even washed my car to top it all off. Travis has a heart of gold and a true God send! Everyone was nice and friendly. I am so grateful to Travis and his team for fixing my car. I just can't say thank you enough!!! I highly recommend this place. They will do you right and the prices are very reasonable! If you go anywhere else you are doing yourself an injustice. I couldn't be happier!! Thank you again Travis! I will forever be grateful and recommend this shop to everyone I know! Job very well done!

I had to get minor repair work on my car and they did a wonderful job. The employees there are friendly and were clear on what needed to be done, the cost, and how long it would take for it to be fixed. They kept in contact in regards to when the replacement parts came in and when they were finished fixing everything. They even washed/cleaned my car which I definitely didn't expect since my job wasn't a very expensive one. Thanks so much.

Midtown did some work on my wifes car from a wreck. They did a great job, very nice to deal with. They are very reasonable and helped us with everything from the start through the end. Car looks great, would never know the damages were there before. Communication was wonderful as well.
