Absolutely obsessed with this place! Great customer service, super reasonable prices, and the dogs!! I have a Mini, and they are super knowledgeable about all its weird nuances. I always feel super comfortable and taken care of here.

Another success for Midland Motorworks - after taking my wife's Clubman to several shops including the dealer in Pittsburgh (and several new parts added) we decided to drive down to Columbia (mostly to see my in-laws) Midland checked out everything and found one of the Pittsburgh shop had installed an aftermarket MAS , that was causing the recurring code - they fixed the problem and the car are GREAT all the way back to Pittsburgh - Thanks again and we will be back the next time something goes hay-wire

Can’t say enough good things about this shop. As someone that has zero knowledge of cars, mechanic shops can sometimes be intimidating, but I’m never uncomfortable at Midlands Motorworks. Everyone at this shop is extremely welcoming and they always take the time to explain any issues my car is having. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they do very thorough work. I NEVER leave this shop wondering if my car is actually fixed or not. Overall just a family feel business and the cute shop dogs are the cherry on top! Highly recommend!

Just had my 2015 Audi Q5 worked on - instantly felt like I could trust them (all of the other positive reviews are true), and great work done! Had to have wheel bearings replaced. I will be returning for anything else I need.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job replacing the clutch, motor/transmission mounts, & spark plugs on my 2002 Honda S2000. I am very particular about who works on my cars, but I knew right away after we spoke on the phone that this car was in good and honest hands. They were very gracious with their time and updates throughout the process. I never felt rushed or dismissed when I had questions. This will be the only place I take my vehicles for more involved repair work from now on. Thanks again, to Midlands Motorworks!

First time and it was a great experience. After years of seemingly fighting with any type of routine car maintenance, Midlands Motorworks feels like a place that solves that problem. Unexpectedly getting into a spotless car was like getting turn down service and a mint on my pillow at a luxury hotel. This is the place!

Friendly and professional. We've taken our MINI there several times, and they are always up-front and so kind. Not your typical auto shop. They are also great at communicating and explaining service and cost. Highly recommend.

I have used Midland‘s motor Works for my mini Cooper since 2014. They have always been professional, and even with extensive repair, the mechanics have never pressured me into fixing my car, if I was not able. I I live in North Carolina now and I still have them work on my car. I recommend highly.

I would give 10 stars to this place if I could! I had recently gotten a tune up on my car at midas and the next day my tire almost fell off while I was driving. I took it to midlands Motorworks and they helped me immediately! They found multiple things that midas had done incorrectly, took the time to show me exactly what was messed up, and fixed everything in about thirty minutes. They even went out of their way to inspect and fix my faulty sensor that had my tire pressure light on for years. Literally the nicest people and clearly super knowledgeable! They really turned my whole day around and I will most definitely return for all my car needs! :)

Midlands Motorworks always does a great job on my Honda Fit! The dealership told me that they couldn't repair my tire and I would need a new one, but Bryan was able to patch it without a problem. They know what they are doing!

Took my 2006 Honda Element with 230k on the odometer thinking she was end of her life. Previous shop quoted me too much money and that it wasn’t worth it; wanted a second opinion and I’m glad I found this shop. Elements are sort of a cult classic now a days, and the shop understood the connection to a vehicle- they were professional and customer service was above and beyond. The value for the service was extraordinary. I got a clear breakdown of what was going on, how much not repair, and pictures of what current state was, showing me the car had much more life in it. 230k, my car needs some investment to get her right- but I am going to bring it back to midlands motor works.

The team not only did an amazing job fixing some minor issues with my car, but also let me know about things they noticed that would be a major issue in the future. They gave an honest opinion about what they would do if it were their car, which I really appreciated. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I won't take my car anywhere else!

We had issues with our vehicle and needed a quick review to diagnose the issue. The team at Midlands Motorworks was amazing. They jumped right in, provided a full diagnosis and gave honest, straight forward advice. We decided not to make the repair for various reasons and they were patient as we needed a few days to get the vehicle towed. We recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

These guys are professionals. I first found them from a strong recommendation on the Appalachian Mountain Minis site on FB. If you have a Mini, this is the only place in the Columbia area to take a Mini! I should know. I'm on my 4th Mini Cooper! ❤

Took my mini in with a coolant leakage issue. It was diagnosed, fixed and back in my hands pretty quickly. These guys are very good and I will be bring my vehicle back here for any maintenance requirements. Their communication with me was very good .... keeping me in the loop at every step.

I took them a “Frankenstein” 2008 BMW 528i I pieced together after it had undergone a fire damage. Brian coded the many BMW computers I sourced from junk yards. Took the time to explain in detail the issues and the fix. Got me back on the road with no faulty dash lights and everything works as it should! Thanks fellas! A friend of mine recommended me to these guys, I have a 2009 JCW that I couldn't get started. I didn't want to take it to the stealership because I knew I would get robbed, I also didn't want to take it to other import car shops because of their reviews. I had it towed in on a Thursday and wasn't able to be there when my cooper showed up. These guys took care of everything and called me with updates. Their prices are reasonable, I will be taking my vehicles here from now on
