Haven't taken my car in yet but wanted to leave a review for customer service. Received an immediate call back on a part inquiry, cost and labor to complete the repair. The call was from a technician and was able to answer my questions as I had a trouble code ready. Other shops were vague and unwilling to do any research on cost for repair - likely since they were receptionists and wanted to 'charge to look at the issue' even though I had a trouble code ready and knew exactly what part needed to be replaced. I ended up fixing the issue myself but the cost and customer service compared to other shops was very impressive. I plan on taking my car in for a oil change this month :)

Great place to take your vehicle for maintenance or repair. They are always helpful, personal, and honest. We've taken our vehicles here for years. I highly recommend them for your vehicle repairs or maintenance.

1985 Dodge Ram 50 mini. Was referred here by Bassitt auto who no longer works on older vehicles. Diagnosed my truck and quoted me $1300 for a distributor assembly unit and install due to an oil leak, and another $600 plus for an alternator/install. That was crazy. Paid $190 for the diagnosis and decided to do my research. Found Aloha auto, also referred by Bassitt and they quoted me $500 for the distributor/install and $400 for the alternator/install. This is half of Middleton! After diagnosing, they concluded that the distributor was not even needed, but that it was a head gasket that was needed. So the alternator and install was a mere $400. Very reasonable. Took it to Mike's Auto in Vancouver because Aloha Auto does not do head gaskets, and they replaced the head gasket and all other gaskets for $800. I will say that they were nice people here, but come on…..those prices are double what a reasonable shop would charge.

Travis and his team did a fantastic job. They were very professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. I was able to make an appointment for a full maintenance service (all fluids, belts, spark plugs etc.) with just a day's notice, and the job (over 5-6 hours labor) was done (within a day) exceptionally well. Travis personally gave his advice on maintenance and I wish I had come here sooner. Highly recommended. And you'll remember them next time when you get M&Ms.

Middleton was recently recommended to me by a family member. I've taken 2 vehicles in for needed service and I was very happy with both experiences. Everyone in the shop was excellent to deal with and communication was superb. I will continue to use Middleton for car services going forward.

Simply wanted to say thank you to the Middleton Crew! Took my car in for brakes and an oil change and all was done in a very professional and timely manner and then to top it off I was having trouble installing wiper blades myself and I asked for a short tutorial so that I could do it on my own later and they GLADLY pulled the car around and one of the team walked me through it and helped install a new set. Just appreciate the kind gesture t help as well as the great work they did in servicing our car.

Great service and clear communication! Took my 2009 Altima in because the A/C finally went out. I was quoted an estimate and time frame and they delivered on both fronts. Now I get to enjoy my cool A/C, hopefully for another 10 years!

We recently had some work done at Middleton and encountered a few issues, including an unexpected charge for an AC diagnostic that we weren’t informed about beforehand. While the lack of transparency was frustrating, we understand it was accidental. Middleton listened carefully to our concerns and promptly refunded the charge. Their responsiveness and genuine care for customer satisfaction are why we’ll continue to bring our vehicles here.

"My experience with them was frustrating. Their workshop looked clean, more like a dentist's office than car mechanic. They were also very kind and courteous, which was a plus. However, the actual quality of their work left much to be desired. In April, they replaced my rear brakes and assured me that my front brakes were in good condition. Shortly after their service, my front brakes started squealing. When I returned to them, they inspected the front brakes and claimed everything was fine. Fast forward a few months later, I visited another mechanic for front brake squealing, only to discover a problem: the rear brakes were not assembled properly. This caused excessive friction on the front brakes, leading to premature wear and tear within just three months. As a result, I had to replace the rear brakes again due to their improper fitting. Has cost me more time and money. I find it difficult to recommend them to others.

What an amazing place to bring your car for service. Jake and everyone else are friendly, reliable, caring, and HONEST. Where else would you find a place that calls you to say, “Oh, hey, remember that estimate we gave you? Well, it’s going to be $130 less.” I mean, really? This was my first time at Middleton Motors. I took my car in for an oil change. With their 25%-off coupon, it was $10 less than my last time at the dealership. It only took 40 minutes which was great. I will probably continue to take my car there from now on as long as prices are comparable.

Very poor experience, One of the mechanics was very rude and condescending. The information I received was poor and felt like they were just trying to make a quick buck. And this is not a spam account, otherwise google would remove. Sorry if you cant train or hire good mechanics.
