I called and asked if I would need an appointment for an oil change they told me that they prefer appointments but they could make me one for now. When we get there they were very nice and got us in and out in no time. Plus they had jokes. I Have a Chevy spark he told me to be careful at gas stations… because it’s a spark. I would recommend Winter Haven Midas anytime.

Jordan provided great customer service,. He was very honest and kind. As a female I'm a little leary about getting my car fixed bc it's hard to know what is necessary. Great Job also to the technician who figures out the issue swiftly.

I went to Midas for a loud muffler employee Chad took extremely good care of me. He told me that it was as simple as a clamp that was broken. He fixed it at no cost to me. He also checked my tires, which one of them was extremely Overinflated due to my sensor being off and my husband had added air to the tire. Thinking that it was the under inflated one. But the tire had been moved to the back of the vehicle during rotation. He also added air to the tire that was really under inflated. The company I went to previously forgot to reset the system so Chad also reset that for free everything was completely free. I am so appreciative. God bless Midas. I’ve been with Midas for years from New York to Florida and I will continue to be a Midas customer.

I work for a small nonprofit and today we had a flat tire on the vehicle that gets our adults with developmental disabilities home from work! Jordan and the team got the vehicle in, the tire repaired, and made sure everybody made it home safe and sound! Thanks so much for the rescue!
