I went to Midas this morning to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I got a coupon on Groupon and it was a pretty good deal. However the guy told me that I had a serious oil leak in the oil cooler housing unit. I asked him why my oil showed that it was full and wasn't missing any oil and he really didn't know what to say. He said eventually it will leak and I said well you told me it had a major leak? I check my oil dipstick and it was never low. Before I even went back to get my car they sent me a text for an application from a finance company so that I could have it fixed. It was going to cost $1,800!!( I called around and Jim Click Dodge said it would only be 1100.00) When I return to pick up my car it was still in the dock with the hood up so he could show me the leak I did not see any leak. I noticed some clamps for unhooked to the air intake and he said don't worry we'll take care of everything. When I got home I lifted the hood and all the clamps were still unhooked and they did not clamp it down properly. There were three clamps to hold it down and three slide in hooks to hold it in place. It was just laying on top without anything being held down. Google to see what kind of problems I could have if that is not connected properly and it showed I could have some serious problems. I definitely will never go back there again. They seem very incompetent.

I took my dodge Charger in for an alignment and they did an excellent job doing the work and communicating what I needed done. Marshall was really helpful

Employee stripped out a bolt on my manifold and I had to go to Nissan to get the new bolts and take my car back to having put them in and they didn't reimburse me for the the bolts and call me a liar I said somebody else stripped them out they did it when they changed my spark plugs

I came to this particular location because Pete was the one who answered my call and he was so nice! I needed an oil change and this was the first time I took my car to get the oil changed alone. All the shops I had called were real short with me and just not as nice. Pete and all the muchachos at this location were amazing! So friendly and helpful! My car feels great! I will be coming back for all my car service needs and I will be sharing about my great experience to everyone! Thank you guys so much. Your kindness and help really was wonderful 🥹 My growing family thanks you all!

The new management team here is on top of their game and really about customer service. It's always painful taking a car in for service, but these guys made it easy, with no appointment I was in and out in just a few hours and with a car running better than ever. Thanks to Bryan and Pete!

They said I didn’t need oil change even though my car sensor said I did. They could have sold me an oil change and I would have paid. I appreciate that they didn’t sell me what I don’t need.

I needed a last minute oil change, even though they were busy. Pete and D helped me out with incredible professionalism and customer service. They took care of my car almost immediately. Fantastic location, go here if you want to be taken care of the right way.

Our truck was overheating and barely made it to Midas before smoke starting pouring out of the engine! But the guys at Midas were very kind and helpful. They got us a new radiator and had the truck repaired the next day! I was expecting the repairs would take longer than that. I really appreciated their service.

This is the fourth time I've used this particular Midas and by far they were the best business I've ever used for an oil change and to give me an overall run down of my vehicle inspection. They are fast and very friendly and worth the money to go here. I have been lots of places but these folks show their concern and genuinely are helpful to all their customers who go in for any service. I recommend this Midas if you are thinking of getting any work done on your car.
