First time coming here for an oil change for a $23.99 special. I get back to that but the main reason for the 1 star is they over filled my oil by 3 times the amount needed! (in photo) Yes I wipe off the dipstick and re-check it so you don’t think I didn’t clean it off first. 😊 When I drove it home I didn’t notice any issues till the next time I drove it further and noticed smoke coming out of my exhaust. Over filling a car can cause damage so I’m not happy! A little overfilled, probably not gonna do much but it was three times what it needed. A car gets about 5 quarts. It look like 15 quarts was added! On a side note after I took it back and they changed the oil again the oil was clean and clear like it’s supposed to be but the over filled oil still looked dirty! (Look at pictures) It wouldn’t surprise me if it wasn’t changed in the first place and someone just added oil thinking it was drained out. Look at the pictures and you decide for yourself. My car is 7 years old with less than 50k miles on it and I’m not going to be happy if I have engine problems later because of this mistake! I will be taking it to a mechanic to have it checked out. I won’t get into them trying to get me to fix stuff that didn’t need fixed you can look at other 1 star reviews for that. 😊 As for the $23.99 deal it’s a bait switch. The ad says for synthetic blend oil but when you ask about it they say it’s for 3k miles oil in other words cheap oil. I understand mistakes happen I hate giving a bad review but this is a mistake from being lazy. It’s a no brainer to check the oil level after checking the oil. But I believe the oil wasn’t changed and they just added more oil. It’s hard nowadays to get good workers my generation is a dying breed.

I had a Groupon for this location that was not honored. It failed to be applied then when I tried to ask for a refund then the Groupon be applied, they told me that was not possible. It is so disappointing that these things cannot be honored.

Staff was very helpful identifying the tire/wheel issue. They were also super nice even when I had a tow truck pick up the vehicle to transport to our usual mechanic shop. Nice guys and helpful!!

Waited 2 hours for an oil change and they forgot to rotate my tires, then had to wait another 30 minutes for that. Left and got a low tire pressure warning. They didn’t even bother to check or put air in my tires. Definitely won’t be back.

Have had a few oil changes on my trucks here & every time the staff has been professional & thorough in their work, and always takes time to take me into the bay to show me what needs work. Definitely recommend making an appointment as this location can get busy, but an appointment guarantees your vehicle will be worked on.

I took my car to multiple places because my tire light was on, and they would just tell me to drive a few miles or to take it to Toyota, but Jeremy actually was able to fix it and the light has since turned off, except for when a tire actually needs air in it. He also fixed an oil leak that I had and cleaned up the oil in the frame. Great work!

When I first moved to Arizona, this was the first auto shop I came to, and has been the only one I've gone to in the last 7 years, nearly 8. Jeremy told me the price of an oil change and I was openly shocked, to which he offered me a coupon to help pay for the price, but having moved from California to here, the price was maybe 20% of what I would normally pay back home. Couldn't believe it! The gesture was nice though. I've continued to return to this same shop because I feel like I can trust the work that they do on my car. I've never felt taken advantage of, or as if they're just trying to sell me a whole bunch of stuff I've never needed. I've been taken out so I could physically see exactly what they were recommending and why, and given a fair price to do so. I was traveling across the country for work for several years and really made a point to come home after each assignment so I could have Jeremy and the guys work on my car and keep me going, and they never failed me, and kept me going for over 120k+ miles, and even helped with preventative measures. As time has gone by, the praises I've sung have lead other people to ask more about this shop, and they have all been just as happy with the work they've received, and have all been female themselves, including my 70 year old grandma! They just make it easy to get the things you need done, and don't talk to me like I'm an idiot woman, or take advantage of me, or my people.

Found a solid Groupon for an oil change & rotation & was able to schedule an appointment so easily over the phone with Jeremy! Service took about an hour max & pick up is seamless. Highly recommend!
