The customer service is perfect. Polite gentleman and will explain everything perfectly. If you seem confused or don't know what they're trying to convey, they will break it down for you so you will understand. The only issue I may have with the facility is pricing which they don't control. That is corporate based. They have always been able to accommodate any needs that I may have had.

Called about getting the used tires 🛞 I had installed balanced, said no issue come in asap, we got there and was in and out in 30 min, cars smooth and back on the road.

The service was super fast and proficient and the tech (Abel) at the front register explained everything in detail with prices and paperwork included. I will definitely be coming back for the rest of my car care and needs!! Thank you, Midas staff!

Super nice, super helpful, super quick! I told them I was just there for an oil change and checkup, and that I have a regular mechanic for more serious issues. They told me what they thought needed to be addressed, but didn’t pressure me or try to upsell. Thank you Jose and Abel you guys are amazing!

This place is horrible. If I could give no stars I really would. My husband took our suv here for an oil change as they had a special of buy one get one free oil change. When he got the first one done, he asked if they had rotate the tires to which the worker said " No, because they didn't need to be rotated". He didn't push the issue since that's what they recommended for our suv. A few months later when it was time for the second oil change he took the suv back to this horrible place. This time when he asked about the tire rotation the worker stated No they couldn't do it due to the fact we need two new front tires! They also stated they wouldn't move them to the back even though my suv is a front wheel drive! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!! NOW BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE I NEED TO REPLACE MY FRONT TIRES!! MY SUV IS ONLY A YEAR OLD NO NEED TO REPLACE THE TIRES IF THEY ARE ROTATED AT EVERY OIL CHANGE!! WE WILL NEVER BRING OUR CARS HERE AGAIN PLUS NONE OF OUR FAMILY OR FRIENDS DUE TO THERE POOR KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CARS!!! No apologie or anything from them. This is 100% the fault of the tech who did our oil change. I am very disappointed with their service. Please don't bring your vehicle here!

Went in for an oil change, they said I needed new tires. My tires weren't in bad shape, but I had owned the car from new for 4 years and decided to get a quote, they talked me into using their finance company. I was headed out of town on a trip and deferring payment on this purchase for two weeks was helpful to me. This is where my problems began and am still trying to fix it. If you go here DO NOT do the financing. 1st) it's 148% interest, unless you pay in 90 days. 2nd) the day my 1st payment was due, I called them to pay an additional 450 towards the balance. The company took over $900 out of my bank account, more than I owed. They insisted I requested to make that payment, I said how does that make any sense? Finally they agreed to return 1 payment, but ended up refunding all $900. So I tried to make another payment of $400. They took $800. When I told them keep the money, I want to be done with them. They blamed my bank and said they didn't take it, but they ran the charge in my account 2xs on 2 different dates after they had already received the payment. If you get work done here, pay up front or use a financial institution you know, otherwise your financial situation will be at serious risk. #easypayaretheives.

I went in for an oil change and no one was in the office so I waited 10 minutes or so before I opened the door to the shop. When I did a serviceman told me that I shouldn't be in the shop area, which I wasn't, I only stuck my head in and said hello? It's the way he yelled at me, with an angry voice that bothered me, and things turned for the worst. So I left and called to see if anyone would answer, someone just as rude did. I explained what happened and said he was fine with me leaving next door to Brake Masters which I did. These people need anger management or something because as I drove by he yelled at me and I just showed him my finger. All I wanted was an oil change like I always have there before. I am definitely NOT EVER GOING BACK! The gentleman at Brake Masters next door was very courteous. Stay away from this particular Midas, I should have read the reviews but since I never had any issues in the past I thought nothing about it, I guess it was just a matter of time they showed their true colors. My recommendation . Brake Masters next door. Apologies are not necessary, changes in personnel are.

A huge thank you to Juan and Edwin. They helped me out with getting new tires and checking my alignment. They had answers for the 100 questions I had about my vehicles concerns and provided me with the information with a full explanation, so i could understand!! going above and beyond to assure i walked out a happy customer!! TERRIBLE customer service with what I believe to be a new management team. Paid for a tire rotation (which i pointed out when i checked in but still never happened), no assistance when i asked for help to access one if their two WiFi networks (told they could not help, but i could “walk to McDonald’s or the library”) in 108 degrees. Then got told i needed $2,000 in repairs on the way out even though they didn’t even do what i had already paid for! I have been going there for years but WILL NOT be going back. Owner needs to take a look at his new Management and crew before he loses more customers!

Juan took care of us and he found out that we will be needing brakes in the very near future and we are pleased with the price he gave us for the work we will see him in the fall when we return for the winter. great shop every one was friendly this was the 4th time we used them. I can say give the guys 10 stars you have a great crew...

Horrible Technicians.1st time there was a Warranty repair Engine mounts I get home next day had to go to chandler for an app so I hoped the hood to check the oil well my oil cap was gone and the bolts on my top mount were lose but I gave them another chance to do my Alignment in my wife's car thay showed me allot was bad thank u for that but when I went back again they did the Alignment as soon as I got on freeway it was pulling took it back the next day thay told me my inner tierods were bad ? Why not tell me before the alignment so I replaced them went back again thay told me the alignment could not be done I had the wrong tierods at this point I'm pussed took it to another shop down the road thay said tierods were fine but I had wrong or defeated control arms went home took them off took them to parts store turns out thay gave me the wrong ones replaced them back to other shop getting a new Alignment at discount price because they felt bad but thay say they git people from midas allot and thay were not surprised I came from midas I will never go back to them again

This Midas location is terrific! The Manager, Jose, is very proffesional, friendly, accommodating, and keeps the Service Dept flowing smoothly and timely. I have been to this store 3-4 times and the Service staff are customer friendly and take the time to talk to you (even show you) what the issues are and go over the possible options. Even though they do carry a very large inventory of parts, you won't find them being too pushy or suggesting repairs you might not need. I highly recommend! P.S. I never have problems finding GREAT savings for Midas on Groupon. today's oil change AND tire rotation, less than $20.00
