Excellent service all around! Nick and his mechanics were very kind and informative. They quickly and accurately diagnosed a problem I had with my car and were able to fix it in a timely manner with very fair pricing. I will be going to them from now on. Thanks again guys! :)

Went in for an oil change. That went fine, but the gentleman suggested new brake pads and rotors as mine were "metal to metal". I went to my personal mechanic and her verified I have 5mm left on the pads, which is good for 3-4 months. I don't appreciate being lied to or misled. Unfortunately I will not be coming back. -2 stars.

I was in and out within 45 minutes for a much needed oil change... Cory's customer service was amazing and he was very informative about other future repairs WITHOUT being pushy. Definitely check it the Midas on Speedway! Just coming back to UPDATE July 11, 2024. Never a disappointment with the fast and friendly service at the Midas on Speedway in Tucson, Az. Honestly, I can't say how well their service is. I just got an oil change, which they paid for and asked for a review. I ended up paying the environmental fee ($5), which I had to ask to pay. The customer service was nice; everything is as you expect, and the oil change took only 19 minutes from the minute I stepped in. Instead of the old manager, it seems like Jim has stepped up, and everything seems to be going great for them. I'll be coming back for another oil change to see how it is still run. Jerome helped me out via phone and in person was super great help and very quick with the oil change and tire rotation! Also a free car inspection on top of that. Edit: 2nd time coming to this location and still the same experience very quick and easy process
