The people are friendly and attentive. The new managers (Richard & Gee) are very friendly and professional. The gentleman at the front desk (Jose) makes the customers feel like they are family and take care of them.

Walked in at 8 am with a nail in my tire. They took care of me immediately and I was out of there quickly and able to get to work on time by 9! Store manager and all employees were super nice! Def recommend this place for your auto issues!

Currently writing this review from a tow truck, for context. Took my truck in because of a check engine light and an overheating engine. My feeling was that it was the radiator. They hooked it up to a diagnostic test and came back saying I needed a new battery, new spark plugs, broken dip stick, etc. I agreed to the fixes and picked up my car later that day. 10 minutes up the road, my car started spouting steam and I pulled over and the engine was soaked from water vapor. There was a huge leak in the hose to the radiator. Took it in the next day and showed the team and they charged me for two hoses but sent me off as if the car was fixed. Two days later, I’m driving and my engine starts steaming and smelling again. I take it in, AGAIN, and the (new) manager took a look and had the mechanic hook it up to the diagnostic again. They determined it was a problem with a thermometer and said they could fix it Monday but never warned the truck was undriveable. My truck is now on a tow truck because the radiator was spewing steam and no longer moves. We’ll see what the next step is, but this place, short of a miracle, has lost my business forever. Hope my $2000 was worth it.

They upsold me on repairs, I said OK anyway, 3 parts later, and my transmission is over revving. UPDATE: Brought my car back because fumes made it impossible to drive. Was told there was a leak, several parts needed replacing now, and the damage was intense. Asked them how that much damage happened when they just looked at my car, and they asked if they could call me back. I later received a text that my work was covered under warranty, and I would not owe anything. When I went to pick up my car, the guy that lied was nowhere to be found and the mechanic explained that none of those parts were damaged, they fixed the leak, and my car has been fine ever since. That one employee cost me an unnecessary repair, lyfts when I couldn't stand the smell, lowered gas mileage from whatever they did to my car, and the inconvenience of dropping it off again and received zero compensation.

Amazing place. Both my cars needed to be fixed and I couldn’t find any other shop that could work on them right away. I called this shop and they told me to bring them in and they’d take a look at them. They were able to begin right away and the prices were reasonable. Jose and Michelle were both great. Thank you guys
