They are the friendliest honest people to work on my car. They have always gone the extra mile to see that everything was done correctly. They offered a ride home if i prefer not to wait. I would give them a 10 star if it was offered.

Nice, fast and honest. Wow what a difference from the competitor down the street!! Told me about coupons and how I could save money. Told me about the upcoming maintenance so I would not have any surprises. Most importantly didn’t try and sell me stuff I didn’t need. Proof? I went in for an inspection and was told everything was good!

Toni was amazing, im very happy ! She found the best tires for what i wanted to spend, and a new mufler. It was all done the same day, with no issues. Customer service was awesome. I will be telling my friends!!! Thanks Toni.

DeeDee, John, Toni are AMAZING and came in clutch right before the holidays with an unexpected repair that was crucial. Their service is top notch & DeeDees customer service skills to meet my needs (had an appointment to get to) were beyond thoughtful & helpful to me in my time of need. I missed my appointment in the morning, so the staff was nice enough to get me in at the end of the day. I needed four new tires and alignment and an oil change. They had three people working on my car to be able to get it done for me since I had to leave for a long drive early in the morning the next day. They also went during the day and picked up the tires I needed since they wouldn’t have been shipped in time for my appointment that afternoon. The staff hung out with me while they worked on my car. They were very kind to myself and my new puppy. I absolutely recommend recommend this location. The staff was very welcoming, professional, accommodating, and the service was very fast. They had three people working on my car since it was the end of the day and they wanted to make sure they could get all of my services done, even though the appointment timing was my own fault. I could not be happier with the service I received. 10 out of 10 recommend

They took me in very quickly fit me into their day and got me taken care of expeditiously. I called multiple shops and these guys were the only ones who stated they were capable and they proved it. Couldn't ask for any better customer service as well as the service they provided me

This is the most accomodating store and staff I have dealt with in a long time. They took the time to help in various aspects and went further by doing additional research to help with our situation. Highly recommend this store as friendly, fast and most importantly honest!

Be careful on appointment scheduling, I set mine 11:30am . Arrive here on time for oil change. Waited for more than 2 hours. So if you plan to wait be ready to allocate at least 2hrs of waiting time. I could have canceled my appointment if I knew I have to wait this long.

Toni is a gem 💎. Midas quickly serviced the car (without an appointment- wait, what?!?) and honored the coupon without a bit of argy-bargy. Final price was 60 for full synthetic. The location is convenient, clean and cheerful. It would be nice if they offered coffee ☕ or something, but I guess everyone has to make a profit, so I'm not mad at 'em. Of special note: this particular location is managed ONLY by the feminine gender and with knowledge, accuracy and efficiency, they won my trust and loyalty. The ladies were a breath of fresh air! Tech wasn't bad either. 🔧

Total rip off! I will never come here again. I went in to get a diagnosis specifically for my exhaust system. They wanted $200 for this, which seemed pretty steep, but I don’t have the equipment to narrow down the issue myself. They went ahead and looked at the entire vehicle. They gave me a list of “issues” and quoted me over $3,800. They said I needed a new in cabin air filter and I know for 100% fact that the access cover was never even opened. I was also told that my tie rod boots were damaged and they couldn’t just replace the boots. They had to replace the entire tie rod and perform an alignment. I looked at the boots myself the next day and there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Also, yes, you can just replace the boots. They also quoted over $750 for a $200 part…. This was before labor. This isn’t the end of it, but I’m tired of typing. For clarification, I’m not just some backyard mechanic. I’m a certified A&P aircraft mechanic and am a skilled automotive mechanic. I was offended by this over priced and bogus diagnosis. This is not how anyone should be doing business.

I had to have my car because it is my only vehicle have extensive service work done Tony the lady that waited on me was so super professional. She knew exactly what to do. Had to calm me down made all the arrangements cause I had to cancel my appointment because I’ve became ill during this process and still within three days had my car completed and I’m back on the road. I am very, very satisfied with the caring details she showed and everybody there at Midas thank you for being in my community, blessings

I just want to say this was my 3rd time dealing with Midas in regards to my car and it was the best experience yet due to Toni. She was so amazing. She was kind, listened to my concerns and kept me updated. She went above and beyond and I will come back just because of her. I’m so grateful for her kindness and patience.

The WORST workshop I have ever been too... they broke the oil pan and they didnt even want to respond for it. Dont go to this workshop, there is way better workshops you can go too... The car was there for a simple oil change and ended up broken down and took by a tow truck and we had to go to a different workshop to fix what they did DO NOT GO HERE.

After a minor accident hours away from home the staff at Midas were quick to come look at my vehicle, fix a piece of the bumper, and explain what I should look out for moving forward - all of this on the weekend, without an appointment, and without charge. I really appreciated their friendly, generous service and would recommend even from this brief interaction.

Terrible. To schedule an appointment at 9 means my car should be going back at 9. It was 11:48 before I knew it and the only reason my car was taken back because i mentioned it. All i needed was an oil change. If you need an oil change and this should not be your first stop if you don’t want to be here all day.

I had my air and my brakes fix here well after a couple of months I called and they said nothing would be under warranty so I have to pay 2,000 the women there was very rude if they were supposed to have fix it. I had to go to a different place to get my truck fixed such a shame when you need your vehicle fix correctly and then the lady on the phone was acting like if I brought it back I have to Pay again it was insane I had gone here alot but not any more hope the owner should know some people don't have money to throw away and I'm sorry but this was not a good experience at all and cost me more out of my pocket when it could have been resolved.

Just want to say this place was amazing and wish I would have came to them in the beginning. Receptionist are knowledgeable, kind, and over joyed to help in any way they can. Was actually allowed to speak with the tech which gave me reassurance that they know what they were doing. From his years of knowledge to actually explaining why and what was being done. Me being a small business owner, with word of mouth being my number one reason for success, I would recommend these guys at the Trolley Rd location time and time again. So honest I would feel comfortable sending my grandma in there, knowing that they would take great care of her and be 100% honest. Thank you Midas for a great experience!!!!
