I have to admit that this was my first time using a Midas shop and have heard not so good things about the company in general (not about this location in particular), but this shop was close to me and gave me the best quote in the area. The main person I dealt with was Jeff and he was super professional and honest. Scott also helped me out during the service and he was just as helpful and honest. They informed me that a couple of my tires were close to needing replacement and thoroughly explained their diagnosis, BUT, in no way tried to do a hard sell on replacing them and even told me I had about 6 months left on them. Talk about honest, I was super impressed. They were also helpful in answering all my other questions. And, the best part, they got the service I came in for done to my standards and with no hidden surprises for unexpected repairs - unheard of at most shops around me. I was totally impressed with these guys and their service and will definitely give them my future business.

Avoid this place at all cost unless you want them to tell you- they can't finish a job. STAY FAR AWAY. Edit: after a peruse of their reveiws alot of these accounts have BARELY any reveiws on Google making me think they are tricking people into giving them good reveiws to drive up business- once again- if you value your money- don't take it here- go somewhere else and save your hard earned cash- they don't care to be honest and open with their business practices- and their mechanics don't have the slightest idea what they are doing FIRST they told me a bulb was bad, then they said it's the whole light socket, they said both of my o2 sensors were bad , I asked them to do both, and they changed one, and I said they half did each job and the guy up front had the balls to tell me "we only did what you asked for"- my guy you didn't fix the 2 sensors I asked for, and why would I want only 1 sensor or 1 light changed make it make sense. I also saw a mechanic smoking a cigarette inside the shop area after 6 pm- I don't smoke so why would I want you smoking around my car in the bay in a enclosed area with the garage doors closed? AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This is the best place to get a oil change and wheel alignment..every time I come to this location the staff makes sure my vehicle is serviced right! There's almost always coupons available to customers online making cost a bit of a relief. But This time Jeff went above and beyond to make sure I got to work on time, the service and reassurance was emaculate! Midas you truly have an asset with Jeff because of him I will never go anywhere else for maintenance! Give him a raise, Bravo! Especially because mechanic shops can be non-empathetic to time constraints, very sterile, grimey, or really lack luster! You guys make it look easy🫶🏾

This place is where I will be taking my cars from now on. Honesty is a sure win with me. UPDATE...FUNNY HOW THINGS CHANGED TOOK MY CAR IN FOR WARRANTY WORK..THEY STOLE MY RADIO AND MY SPEAKERS AND WRECKED MY CAR...LOOKS LIKE A CRACKHEAD OWN THE PLACE NOW.

Wow the employees here are awesome. Friendly, informative, helpful, and super nice. They gave an honest assessment of what I needed and were quick to get me squared away on that. I can’t recommend them more! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Front Manager was a very pleasant man that worked with my budget and went the extra mile to inform me on a transmission flush since they were unable to do the flush due to a sealed transmission.

Horrible, I went there for an oil change and I got there at 8:30, 12 my car still wasn't ready by 1 pm he told me my car was ready, but the guy got ready to pull it out and I was standing there and he says, "oh ma'am I have to take it back in, 1minute later they call me and show me that my OIL PAN HAS A CRACK AND ASKED ME DID I KNOW IT?" I TOLD THEM THAT THERE WASN'T A CRACK WHEN I BOUGHT IT, and NO OIL LEAK! IT'S WEDNESDAY AND MY CAR STILL ISN'T READY. THEY CALLED ME AND SAID THAT NONE OF THE AUTO STORES HAVE MY OIL PAN AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO ORDER IT FROM THE MINI COOPER DEALER AND IT WON'T BE READY UNTIL FRIDAY! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, I USE MY CAR TO WORK I'M A FIELD REPRESENTATIVE, AND I DRIVE. I HAVE MISSED 3 DAYS OF WORK Friday, my car still isn't READY! I HAVE MISSED FOUR DAYS OF FIELDWORK, BECAUSE OF MIDAS MECHANICS SCREWED THE BOLT BACK INTO THE OIL PAN TOO TIGHT AND IT CRACKED MY OIL PAN! I FEEL THAT I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THE FOUR DAYS I'VE HAD TO MISS. Well Alberto isn't there! I took my car there in May for an oil change, and they messed up because they stripped the bolt that holds the pan, I had to take it back in May. Alberto got it fixed. But this is ridiculous to go in for an oil change on Tuesday 10/8/24 & Friday I still don't have my car! I'm a FEDERAL EMPLOYEE WHO IS A FIELD REPRESENTATIVE, WHICH MEANS I DRIVE, AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO WORK FOR FOUR DAYS! WHO'S GOING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MISSING WORK?

I am so disappointed! I take my car here and get oil changes and this time I wanted to trust them with something a little more complex and Josh totally lived up to the shady mechanic reputation. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU ABOUT REPAIRING YOUR VEHICLE!!!! I wish I could give no stars!

They really messed up my car. I took it here for an oil change and filters replaced. Literally in perfect condition. Next day check engine light came on. They put a filter n my engine cap and it was suppose to be a PIN and a filter goes in the PIN & they broke my filter top, my engine collect fan light came on as well. None of this happened till i went here. They even gave me a print out saying my car was in perfect condition. I went back the man argues me down that it’s not there doing !!! I took it to get looked at BOOM they confirm the engine cap was broken andddd they put a wrong part in my car … my car is still not running right. DO NOTTT TAKE YOUR CAR here they are rude & they don’t know how to service every car. I have a 2011 bmw and they did it no good at all. I have to get my car fixed now and it’s up to $1500 already… after a little $80.00 oil change. Smh

Absolutely horrible, had to go back 6 times before issue was resolved, crappy communication, crappy service, and can't believe Albert had the audacity to get an attitude with me the 5th time I went back. Do not go here unless you have a lot of spare time to drive back and forth to their shop.

I went to Midas Auto Services and Tires as a walk in customer. The customer service was excellent. I was greeted by TJ who was knowledgeable and friendly. Midas exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend their services.

I came in due to a lot of shaking when accelerating and on the highway. They quoted $2,700 to fix my struts on a car not nearly worth that much after a test drive. I took it for a second opinion to Chippewa Tire (highly recommend) and it turns out it was a stuck caliper and not even related to the struts! Midas would have taken thousands of dollars to not even fix the problem.

Needed new brakes and rotors and only had time in a saturday. Even though they were booked up they still said to bring it in and they'd try to at least get an estimate. They ended up staying late to finish the work so I could have my car for my monday commute. Very helpful and willing to go the extra mile

Drive my car into the Midas on Kingshighway and they said they couldn't do an alignment for 2019 Ford Escape SE because their computer wasn't upgraded to that new of car, and I'm thinking this is the over half way of 2024. So they told me to go to the midas on Hampton, took it there and they first told me that my outer tyerod ends were upside down, and then they said that they were missing a washer. The steering wheel was off center to the right a little and I told them that, and they said it would be fixed with the alignment. They charged me $129.99 for the alignment and another $150 for labor to fix the outer tyerod ends. After they were done I looked at my outer tyerod ends, they were still in the same position they were in when I brought it in and didn't see any added washer they claimed they added. To top it off my steering wheel is still off center. Midas won't be getting any more of my business ever again!!!!
