Service was excellent! The whole team was so nice and they explained everything in detail as well as showed me what I needed moving forward. I will make this my go to shop from now on. They are way better run than the Midas on Kingshighway in my opinion.

I visited Midas for an oil change, and during the inspection, the mechanic noticed an oil leak. Vincent, the store manager, was extremely informative and helpful in explaining the cause of the issue. He went above and beyond by personally fixing the leak for me. The wait time was minimal, and the staff provided exceptional service. I will definitely return for future repairs and highly recommend this Midas location!

Went in for an oil change to find it had changed owners in the last week. The New manager did their best to work with me on an unexpected repair need - an obvious issue I was shown, not some made-up repair as other places have tried. While I did not ultimately go with them, I felt respected and not rushed to use their services past the oil change I needed.

These mechanics must need a raise because while they were repairing my car they rummaged through my glove compartment and stole my lighter! I would not recommend doing business here.

Quick, convenient place for an inspection. The staff were friendly and got me in within an hour with a quick phone call, after three other shops turned me away. Would definitely go here again

From the reviews it seems they have some bad teams and good teams. I sadly received a bad team or they review themselves to offset the negativity because this was a terrible experience.

The Midas @ Hampton and Nottingham were amazing. We have one car and as I waited I was offered a drink or snack. They did an incredibly thorough job and were honest and straight forward about the cost.

The service I got from the evening staff was amazing. However whenever I went in to receive my car in the morning the manager tried blaming me for the alignment they didn’t even do in the first place. Then proceeded to embarrass me infront of the whole lobby of customers because my car was a little dirty from sitting. Saying I had blood when it was literally dirt/wear and tear from people sitting on it 😆 it’s an old car? Stephanie the front desk lady is amazing. She was super nice and walked me through the whole process .The manager who works in the morning needs to be fired. Making her embarrass me like that. Shame on you

Called the store and manager scheduled me an appointment for the next day. Service was great. The manager fixed my issue for a fair price and even corrected some previous work that had been done.

I had a sweet coupon that brought me to this location. Staff was friendly and efficient. Car was done in about 45 minutes. Clean reception area and bathroom. Pleased with my oil change service.
