After relocating to Sarasota four years ago, I quickly realized that finding a trustworthy auto repair shop can be quite challenging. However, my experience at Midas on Clark Road in Sarasota has been a breath of fresh air. Over the past four years, I have consistently gone to Brian, Andy and their team, who have proven to be among the most transparent, honest, and knowledgeable professionals in the industry. Unfortunately, I am moving again, which means I will no longer have the pleasure of servicing my car at this location. My appreciation for their work deepened this weekend when I witnessed Brian and Andy interact with customers. It was truly a masterclass in professionalism and exceptional customer service. When it comes to auto repair needs, you want professionals who communicate clearly and handle your concerns directly and that’s exactly what Midas provides. Thank you, gentlemen!

We love it here. They are very honest, straightforward, and good people. We have never been a fan of chain repair shops but we had a good coupon so we tried them out for an oil change. Just had our second one done. We have waiting both times and have seen them speak with other customers and deal with a lot. We were very impressed with everything.

Amazing customer service from Andy and everyone else. I use to take my vehicle to the GMC dealership and due to some issues I came here to Midas (Bonus mom referred me to them because of how amazing they are.) Came in for a routine oil change… they gave me my recommendations without being pushy. Definitely feel like this is my vehicles new home lol. They’re so friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable. A lot of mechanic shops try to offer you everything under the sun just to get more money and I don’t feel like that’s at all with them. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Beware they may try to get you to buy unneeded products or services! Cheap oil change is just bait!😜Just pulled up records and cabin air cleaners recently replaced. Was told they needed replacing.Replaced them unnecessarily! My bad!! Think before you do impulse buying! They will try to sell you any and everything 🤪Also was told the engine needed flushing due to sludge on the oil cap.Had it done and later found out Honda definitely says to avoid this especially on high mileage cars as it could cause engine and seal damage! Also make sure you tell them to check your fluid levels as they didn’t with my oil change!! The printout said they did, but the power steering level was below the fill line Google Midas reviews!👎

The moment I arrived at the parking lot of Midas, I was greeted by Andy carside. I had a scheduled oil change and was not expecting the level of customer service and quality care that I received(because of prior experiences at similar businesses). Best price out the door I have gotten, as well in a long time proper quotes and no pushy salesman. Whether it's an oil change or something more serious, I highly recommend this store.
