I have tried several times to get a hold of this shop to give them my money, however every time i call it rings just a few times and goes to voicemail, however I am unable to leave a voicemail because it is always full. The only time I was able to get through after over an hour, I was told their computers were down and to call someone else. If you need work done on your vehicle, take it somewhere else.

These people are scammers. Brought a vehicle in to get serviced for coolant exchange because my light turned on stating it was low and needed to be replaced. The same day the light turned on again and then I was baffled. The next day I took it to a different shop closer to my work and had it checked. Turned out they never replaced the coolant. It was low and dirty. Later I went to complain in person. I explained the situation to the manager and he became rude, dismissive, hostile and flat out told me he wasn't going to provide me a refund nor did he want to see the findings from the other vendor who actually replaced the coolant. If I could give them a zero, I would. Don't bring your cars here.

I had an excellent experience with the trusted and experienced professionals at Midas. Ram was incredibly helpful in transferring my warranty from a previous Midas location that had closed. The outstanding service I received is the reason I continue to bring my brakes to Midas. Highly recommend!

I've been going to these guys for a few years now, my car's 11 years old and it has problems every now and then. All of the employees have been incredibly kind but Edgar is the one who usually works in my car and I've never not been happy. The prices are reasonable and they have a warranty on their repairs. Last year my air condition broke and they repaired it a month later it stopped working again and this time it was a hose since they didn't know if it stopped because of use or because of their work they repaired it free of cost. They are honest hard working and overall good people. If they don't pick up right away just call again, even after moving they are the only shop, and people, I trust.

I came into Midas hoping that my patched tires and oil change could be done the same day before I went to work -- this Midas off of Monterey was THE one to be. Vic was very nice and helpful and explained everything that was going on with the car. Thanks to Edgar, one of the mechanics, I now know what to fix in terms of my car (especially because a lot of stuff has not been changed since I first bought my car). I would totally recommend this location if you're trying to get an oil change or even a tire patched... you won't regret it! UPDATE: 4/8/24 Still a loyal customer to this day! I inquired again because I got a P0157 code (downstream O2 sensor had low voltage and it was fine temporarily but I didn't want to risk the catalytic converter blowing up on me) on my OBD2 reader. but I wanted to see what else was wrong with my car so as not to make things more worse than it already is. Edgar picked up the phone and listened to my concerns, and set up an appointment for me right away -- said the earliest was Monday so that's when I decided to go in. Usually has everything changed in an hour or so, and because I've been coming so many times, it's just gotten to the point where he knows what routines I need checked and stuff like that. If you need anybody to fix up your tires and more, ask for Edgar --he's reliable and professional.

They installed a catalytic converter on 11/22/23 and my check engine light is still on, I went twice so they could fix it, both times they said it was fixed, yet my check engine light is still on and diagnosis code is still p0420. I paid $2100.00 I keep failing my smog test and I don't really know if they even did anything the second time I went. I'm pretty upset off this and would like some of my money back since I didn't even get the full service! Update 2/23/24 I fail to understand how you (the owner) see this as a "great" review. I'm not complementing the poor service your shop provided. Are you just not taking anything I put here seriously? I guess that is the midas way

I came here for an oil change around 2pm on a Friday (without an appointment). It took about 45 minutes. They were communicative throughout the entire process. Great service. Accepted the coupon I found online with no problem. Shout out to Desmond for being friendly and helpful.

Not only did they accommodate me on the same day within just 30 minutes of calling, but their dedication to customer service truly stood out when they willingly stayed past closing time to ensure my needs were met. I took my car in to get a new set of tires and an alignment because of the price and the same day service they offered. After arriving, part way through the tire change the staff told me that they couldn't do the alignment the same day. I waited around 3.5 hours for the tire change. I came back a following day for the alignment and waited around 2.5 hours. I thought the service for the alignment should have been quicker because I waited so long the first time and they didn't get to it. Not a big deal. There are two issues here: 1. When they did the alignment, they should have told me that my sway bar had a problem. The reason for that is because my sway bar needed to be changed. If you change your sway bar, an alignment is recommended. So after I got the alignment here and I found out my sway bar had a problem I had to get another alignment. 2. The second issue is that my tires were not properly balanced. I took a family trip this past weekend and found significant vibration in the seats when moving at highway speeds. There's no excuse for improperly balancing a tires. I called to address this with the owner, but they left me on hold for 10 minutes so I just hung up and went to Just Tires to get my tires re-balanced. All in all, I did not save money. They should have: - Informed me of the sway bar issue and saved me a redundant alignment. - Properly balanced my tires. I ended up spending 200$ more on the car than I should have, had they done their job with integrity.

This is the BEST place I have gone to! I didn't have the best experience at the last company I went to so I wanted to give Midas a shot. Wanted to give Alex a shoutout for making this experience great for me. Alex is amazing and very friendly, the service was fast, and I am extremely satisfied and impressed.
