Called on 1/9/2025 at 3:44pm and ask for an appointment to replace all spark plugs, however after getting an appointment, I asked for the full price (replacement/labor) and he said he'll call me back. Today is 1/10/25 and haven't heard from him. I already dont trust them just because of that poor example of customer service. If he cant get quote for me, what makes me think that that he'll do the right thing to my car and not overcharge me for poor repairs... suspicious company.

Excellent Service and Honest Staff I recently visited Midas for an oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The work was done quickly, and the pricing was fair. I’ll definitely be returning for future car maintenance. Highly recommend this location!

I only have the utmost appreciation for the work that these fine gentlemen have given me. They look out for their customers to make sure that the problems theyre given are solved, and that the people are more than good to go. 10/10 would recommend!!

Great service and unbeatable prices! I have brought my vehicle here 3 times for major repairs and have never been disappointed in any way. Will use again in any future service or engine light diagnosis as that will be free if they do the service for you. Also got discounts on more expensive services. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff as well. Overall top shop to me!

Purchased a groupon that explicitly stated $100 towards brake services. Not "up to" $100 as I had to pay for the groupon. I received a quote, and I said I could not afford all the services listed. I didn't ask for a discount, but the individual said he would include the rear drum cleaning for free. I had the quote in hand and was offered a $50 instant savings coupon as well. I approved the services and went to pay but declined the $50 coupon as I had a $100 off from Groupon. I was told if I used the $100 off then I would have to be charged for the rear drum cleaning. If I was gonna pay the standard rate I could have gone to any Midas, but the groupon was only offered at select locations. I did not enjoy my experience.

Did online request for appt the next morning for an oil change. Recd email stating someone would contact me within 30 mins. Over an hour later no one had responded. I called and was told someone would take care of it right then. It's 6:45 p.m. now and no one ever responded to my request.

This has been my go to place ever since I moved to the area. Amazing , honest, consistent customer service and great work! If you need a quick oil change or someone honest to evaluate and work on your vehicle this is that place!

Was 40 minutes away from my home when my back tire started losing air quickly. The employees were awesome and able to help patch the tire and get me back on the road quickly. I was very grateful for their help that day and would definitely use this shop again if I’m staying in the area! Thank you for the help; I am sure I would have gotten stranded on the way home if you all hadn’t helped me out.

Came in for oil change when time to pick up vehicle I asked for envelope with diagnostic of car Edward said they no longer give those out and when I further asked about condition of tires and care Edward was frustrated and told me to leave establishment poor customer service will not be back

I came in for the oil change special. Edward and Jason got me in within 5 minutes and gave me a free courtesy check list on my vehicle. Highly recommend.

Avoid! They lack professionalism and simple courtesy to complete customers request for appointments online. They just ignore!! I'll stay in the comfort of my car while getting an oil change and stick with Jiffy Lube

Came in today for an oil change and tire rotation. They got me in and out really quickly and the new guy at the front desk was very nice and attentive. Once they called my name I was shocked it was already done. This was my first time coming to this location and I’d definitely come back!

I had an excellent experience at this location. They got me in right away, took a look at my vehicle, explained what was wrong, fixed it for a fraction of what I was expecting, and had me on my way immediately. I feel like an idiot for not going here sooner, could have saved a ton of time and money. Will definitely go again.

This is the second year in a row that I have gone by to get my car inspected and was told they don’t have any inspectors. Not sure if the male in charge(same guy as last year) is the owner or manager but each time I have gone by he is completely arrogant about the situation stating he can’t help it if his inspectors quit on him. Why advertise you do inspections if you have no one available? Also at least be helpful and recommend an alternative as well as allow someone to finish their inquiry before walking away from them. Horrible attitude and service, best that I did not have my vehicle inspected here. Kudos to Firestone for getting it done pain free 👍

Today (27/01) between 10:15 am and 10:30 am, I made a phone call for a simple oil change. The person who got the phone was extremely rude, barely talking and hanging the phone in the middle of me asking a question. This is how you loose costumers. I was happy to go but now forget it.

Went to the location on 2424 Broadway, sa tx for an oil change on a Saturday and was helped right away and provided great service. Highly suggest going to them.
