Got my oil changed here and was wondering why my car was vibrating. They let me know the issues I have with my vehicle. Although I believe it's overpriced they definitely accurately diagnosed issues with the vehicle.

Went in for an oil change , was told it was $59.99 . I also wanted to use my coupon for $20.00 off , the gentleman told me I couldn’t use it because I drove a Mercedes, And the oil was more . If that is going to be the case , they should apply it on the coupon saying that . No where does it say that on the coupon . Just disappointed on that . I usually go to jiffy lube and they honor the coupon with no questions asked .

Came in for a pressure test to see where my coolant leak was coming from. Not only did they get me in and out quick but they also provided me with pictures of the part I needed to fix and notified me of an oil leak from my lower oil pan that I did not know about. Although I didn’t get any of the recommended work done that day they still topped off my coolant free of charge so I could make it home.

Great experience today! Waited just about an hour to have my oil changed. Got there around 9:00 a.m. and was taken in and done by about 10:30. The young lady up front was very pleasant and welcoming! And the gentleman who worked on my car, he was great and very polite! Definitely going to be my place to go for oil changes! $40 for full synthetic Plus tax! The dealer wants $70! Thank you very much, my neighborhood midas!
