Linda at the front desk was very sweet. I wanted to confirm pricing before signing and was able to have the pricing broken down and was less then I was initially expecting so that was amazing. Never felt pressured or pushed into any additional work. Overall experience was good.

I go to the one off I 10 and DeZavala in San Antonio, and the clerk was very attentive. I didn’t have to wait long at all and I was third in line. She offered me beverages. The service didn’t take long at all. Definitely will always come to this location for my oil changes

This was my first time here to this location, and I will never go anywhere else! Danniele was so nice and was very accommodating. I walked in and she got me in immediately. She offered me coffee. I was going to use Groupon, but she informed me that their special was even cheaper and she saved me money. I was pleased with the fast, yet thorough service and friendly customer service. I will tell everyone I know to come here. Thanks Midas!

Called before I came in the next day, to get a feel of the customer service and inquire about the coupon. As a walk-in on a late Thursday morning, the oil change was done in under an hour, as projected. The young lady who checked my car in was professional and personable. Sergio, meet with me to advise me on what they discovered. Straight to the point, the assessment felt fair. Definitely recommend, will return when in that area.

Wow never have I been to a midas with worse customer serivice. The manager was annoyed that I even came in when I asked him how long it would take he said anywhere between 1-3 hours not really a good time frame and overall had a bad attitude. Plenty of other better Midas locations to go to

I stopped by Midas to fill up the air in my left front tire which had a slow leak. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by a gentleman which immediately made me feel welcomed. Another gentleman started filling up the air for me and even added just the right amount slightly higher than my right front tire. It was exactly what my leaking tire needed. Now I don’t have to keep refilling it as often! This location is super convenient right off the freeway. Highly recommend their friendly and attentive service!
