Amazing experience. Alana is easily one of the best customer service representatives I have ever met. She is professional, empathetic, informative and accommodating. We need more Alana’s! Great service. Drive right in to the garage. The waiting area is clean, spacious, and kid-friendly. Comfy lounge chairs for the grown-ups, books and tv for the kids. No surprise charges. A+ all around.

I’ve been taking my car to Midas for about two years now. A year and a half ago I experienced a major repair and Midas provided a loaner car offered for the entire three weeks it took to get the parts - something my dealer would not do. About a month ago the same exact part failed and I was in another state so I had to have it repaired in Georgia. I stopped back by Midas about the situation and they promptly offered me a full refund for the previous service. Bad things happen sometimes. For me, the way a company handles an unfortunate situation is just as important, if not more important, than the Initial transaction. Thank you so much! You have earned my business for the long haul!

Quick attention to diagnose a rattle / vibration noise problem. Then it was agreed to try and fix the problem. This was done successfully at a fair price.

I took my car to do a State inspection and I left it at noon and I left work at four and they did absolutely nothing and I wasted my time going to drop off the car, go back to get it. I had to make an appointment and now I see that it is useless to make an appointment if they do not comply with their schedule that you schedule that they and your schedule.

This weekend is the second time that representatives for Midas on Arthur Ashe Blvd. told me they’d have my car done by the end of the day — and then never looked at it and never called me. They’re closed on Sunday, and I work Monday, so guess I’ll have to come up with alternate arrangements to get to my job. I get it, it’s busy. But if you’re too busy, just tell me to go somewhere else to get the work done. And if you tell me my car will be done by the end of the day and then change your mind — right before closing for the rest of the weekend! — at least call me and let me know. Pretty basic customer service stuff here.

the mechanics here are some pretty great guys, i’ve never felt stupid or like I was being taken advantage of. always willing to answer my questions in a kind but straightforward way. I’ve had my car serviced here a few times, as well as a battery replacement. They are very transparent about pricing & the cost is well worth the experience. For waiting: the waiting room is pretty & quiet, and they offer free courtesy cars if needed. I’ll continue bringing my car here & would recommend this location to my friends!

I had never been to a Midas before visiting this location and my experience was outstanding! Their dedication to customer care, evident from the inspection to the loaner car made me feel they truly value their customers. Their willingness to accommodate my chaotic flight schedule was above and beyond my expectations as I had just stumbled across the garage. Exceptional individuals, extraordinary service! I wish I got the names of everyone who helped me, every single employee from start to finish was friendly and amazing! I went in for a simple inspection and came out a lifelong customer. My car has been serviced here several times. They are great, communicative, and I never feel pressured to buy something right then and there if my car needs additional work. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. I moved south of the river, and still take my care here!
