I’ve been coming here for a few years and have always had great experiences. However, recently my experiences have been even more pleasant. Carlos and Ray up front excel at customer service. The new owner Wendy made the effort to introduce herself and make conversation with me while I waited. I trust this place in full and will continue to come here for all our car maintenance! Highly recommend!

Everyone at this location is knowledgeable, courteous, and the facility itself is clean. I was offered tea, or coffee and greeted by every employee that walked past me. Being acknowledged as a customer by all the employees was very refreshing and welcoming.

Awesome customer service! Carlos answered the phone when I first called them and his pleasant and happy demeanor were enough to make me want to go there for an oil change. They were very pleasant and working with me on some other needs that my car had. Because I had purchased tires somewhere else, I thought that there was a chance I could get them replaced under my old warranty. They didn’t try to straight up by their tires. I felt like I was in a local shop and not a national franchise when I was there. Definitely will go back to them again

What can I say about the service at MIDAS. TOP NOTCH!!!!!!! Mr Carlos a true gem. He made getting my oil change easy and affordable. Gave me helpful pointer about not having heavy keys(believe me I immediately made my key chain light LOL). I will be coming here for now on for all my service needs. Love the atmosphere of the place. I recently made the mistake of taking my car to Midas for a simple oil change. Despite the shop being practically empty, it took them over an hour to complete the service. To make matters worse, they returned my car with the check engine light on, which they failed to mention. Hoping it was a minor glitch, I checked again the next morning, but the light was still on. I had to drive back to Midas, where they adamantly insisted that the oil change had nothing to do with the check engine light and blamed it on my transmission. They then offered a "courtesy check" as if they weren't responsible. After another 30-minute wait, the technician sheepishly admitted that Midas had improperly installed the oil filter during the oil change. So, not only did they take an excessive amount of time for a basic service, but they also couldn't even do it correctly. Additionally, they didn't offer any apology or partial refund for the inconvenience of having to return and waste more time while they fixed their mistake. This was my first and last experience with Midas. While the staff (Michelle and Carlos I believe) was friendly, their incompetence and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I highly recommend this place if you don't value your time and don't want your car to be serviced correctly !!

This Midas is 10/10!! Big thank you to Carlos, he is the most wonderful, positive and helpful person who goes above and beyond for his customers. The rest of his team definitely reflect his strong work ethic and commitment to providing a stress free and positive environment. We have been going to this Midas location for some time now and truly no where beats it for it’s price (very affordable/flexible and in my opinion the best price for the best value) and again no where can come near its customer service! Thank you for always taking care of us! Could not recommend this location more.
