This shop is great to work with! Location is convenient. The Service Manager, Mark, is knowledgeable & is a very good communicator. Clear & direct. Flexible to schedule appointments. The mechanics are capable. Have been back multiple times. Highly recommend.

I needed two catalytic converters that were cut out of my truck the night before, I called Mark , and he had me come right in , put my truck on the lift , showed me what needed to be done , three hours later my truck was done… WOW!! Great service , great place. This is my new shop

We've gotten service done at dealerships and other mechanics, but our Midas on Halsey is the one we trust to care for our vehicles. No matter if it's an oil change or more extensive repair, they're always our first choice.

Without an appointment, Mark got me in as soon as a lift opened up. The technician communicated knowledgeably of what my problem was, and what is was going to take to make the repairs! I'll soon be needing mufflers; I'll be back!

paul had us in and out (with four new tires and an alignment) in under two hours on a saturday morning. he was knowledgeable and answered all my tire questions. a large unexpected purchase is never going to be a good time, but the experience was easy breezy.

I've had a number of interactions with this Midas location. my experience has been that management, as well as customer representatives, mechanics and all service personnel have gone out of their way to make My experience at this location successful. It may not be that way for all people in all situations. being that midas is a national chain, there's still a little bit of local flavor at this location.

I have been going to Midas on Halsey for over 2 yrs now. They are professional, kind and polite, efficient and honest. I value my relationship with this team of mechanics and shop manager/staff. I am a picky community services shopper and they have always met my expectations.

My starter died and I got towed in to this Midas franchise, where I had previously gotten an oil change. The crew here were super friendly, super professional, super knowledgeable and super helpful. They even guided me in decisions that saved me a couple of hundred bux when they didn't have to.

The gentlemen, working the counter was amazing. He definitely works his butt off to get things done. I’m not sure if he is the manager or the lead serviceman. But definitely going back to this location. Also this guy needs a raise.

They are always helpful. I love getting the healthy check on a vehicle. Either if I had it for awhile or just got it. This is my second time at this location but going to Midas for years for my oil changes
