I went to Midas in desperate need of help getting my car fixed. I was almost stranded on the highway, I got off the exit first thing I seen was Midas pulled in they got me right! The best decision I’ve made all year. The guys rhere were so helpful and friendly. Ask for Sonny he’ll entertain you with some of his ghost stories while you wait. Very nice guy

Went in for an alignment the service was basic the service writer was super helpful and it was pretty blunt of what needed done I heard the impact wrench going to take the tires off and put them on they told me it needed to have the steering angle sensor reset, not a problem unfortunately when we were drove it a day later we noticed that the alignment was worse than prior to it being aligned not sure what occurred.

I bought 4 new tires and had to go back twice after the new tires were put on. They broke 3 of my sensors and had to get replaced. They take forever to get anything done. I will not be back.

I didn’t have an appointment and walked in looking to get an oil change. They took me right in with no wait! Very friendly and explained some work I should get done to my car in the future. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

I usually go to the Midas in Robinson so I was a little nervous when going to this one just because it was out of my comfort zone. George (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong) and his team were absolutely wonderful. My car inspection and oil change went smoothly and with every issue that arose I was notified and given my options right away. The experience was kind, blunt, and every interaction felt real and not like they were trying to put on a show. I love my Midas at Robinson but I also love the Midas here 😊 I'm happy that since I moved recently I can still have a reliable mechanic shop to go to for any issues that might pop up with my vehicle. It is one less stress to worry about with them in my corner.

Not the best place for getting your car fixed. If you need an oil change or tires then by all means go to them. I had noticed a clunk in the rear of my trailblazer and they said they didn’t find anything. So I asked around and did some research and found that my trailing arm was broken in half. Also I want to them to find out why my car was making noise while driving and they said it was the lower ball joint. Well I had it replaced plus the sway bar link and it still made all of the noise it did before. When I went back they basically told me it might be the transmission, and they don’t do transmissions. All in all if you’re looking for a good mechanic, just go to the dealer. These guys aren’t worth it in my opinion.

Went yesterday for an oil change and immediately leaving there was an issue - car sputtering, stalling and there's a noise coming from under the hood. Took it back to Midas and they (George McFall) refuse to acknowledge they're at fault here. Saying that the stalling and sputtering is because of the tires needing replaced and/or a transfer case for the awd. He tried to tell me it was a coincidence LOL. I asked for a refund, seems like the least they can do, and was told "absolutely not". I've now made an appointment at a mechanic I trust (Walter's) to fix whatever Midas did. Also, this was all started because I was trying to do up-keep maintenance (oil change) on a car that was running great with zero problems. The guy in charge there is named George McFall. No idea why he treated me the way he did. As if it was my fault somehow. Terrible customer service. Invoice #0260202 Midas Case # 4334142 UPDATE Midas drained transmission fluid and wouldn’t own up to it. Cost me $422 to get it fixed at Transmission Magician. I have a Subaru and the Transmission is difficult to check ie no easy way to check a dipstick or refill. If I had kept driving it I would have needed a new transmission which is $6000 Beware of Midas A district manager at Midas said I’ll get reimbursed with a check for the 422 plus the $58 oil change. 🤞
