Very disappointed. I requested an appointment online and nobody ever called my back to confirm my appointment. So u guys lost the business to someone else. Sad to say I had a bad experience with this location 15 years ago. I had them install new springs on my car and the destroyed the speed sensor in one of my hubs and gave me some bs story about how now the car rides lower and the sensor are not calibrated for the new hight and I neede to have them reprogrammed. Fortunately I’m not that stupid to believe so much a ridiculous story I ended getting it fixed for free thru my warranty at the time. But anyway I thought I’d give them another shot surely after so many years they probably have got better at what they do. Nope I guess this is the problem dealing with big corporations. Like I said, I took my car to a private exhaust shop and paid them them for he money . I will make sure it’s never ever contact Midas ever again. Thanks for nothing.

I recently purchased a used car and went to Midas for an inspection to ensure everything was in good condition. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they informed me that some fluids needed to be replaced. I felt confident my car was in good hands, so I made a follow-up appointment for the service. On the day of the appointment, there was a bit of a hiccup—due to receiving the wrong fluid, there was a delay, and the price quoted was higher than expected. However, Ryan stepped up and went above and beyond to make things right. He honored the original quote I was given and ensured that everything was taken care of efficiently. Thanks to Ryan and the team, I left feeling satisfied and confident that my car was well looked after. I highly recommend Midas for their excellent customer service and dedication to their work.

Was disappointed I ask them to do 2 cats 2 o2 sensors and 4 spark plugs they said it would cost one price well they only put one cat on then lied when I called and said they only put one cat on so had ask to fix e brake they said 600 dollars for a cable then they was wrong on witch cable then called me said be a bit to get the right cable done messed me over on 1 cat told me other cat would be another 1600.00 cable would be a day or two so the 2 cat price raised to twice the price could not get the right part and still want more money after giving me a price for two cats at over twice the first price go there and they lie and can't do the right work

I took my truck to get a catalytic converter. It took them 3 days to get it done. 3 days i did not go to work because of them. When they were done I took my truck home and it sounded like a helicopter. It was horrible. I inspected the welding and it wasn’t even welded correctly. All air was escaping through the gaps. I had it like this for about a month because I was to busy to get it fixed. I finally got time and took it to Azteca Custom Mofflers. The guys at Aztecs did a great welding job. Do not go to MIDAS for muffler work. They do not have a qualified welder. Also they did screw back my flare incorrectly. It was missing screws and I almost lost it in the freeway.
