If I could give no star I would. I went in there for an oil change and I left out with 2 tires I believe are not the tires I drove in with and a battery that looks like it's 15 years old. My battery light is on now and that was not the case before going for the oil change. I believe that took my battery out. I have a receipt for my battery and my tires that I will find and I will take it back to them. I wonder what will they do. I think they are deceptive. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE AND IF YOU DO, WATCH EVERYTHING THEY DO.

Walked in on a Tuesday morning at 8:30 and was out by 9:15. Best service at a shop in awhile. Great guys working there and fast! Had a convo about my Audi with the team and learned stuff the dealership didn’t tell me. Not going anywhere else for service!

Actually I didn't persay give Midas a 5 star rating, the sales rep (Ed) did while showing me how to use the code. Anyways, I went to Midas to purchase 4 new tires. I was told in doing so, I would receive a vehicle maintenance check. 45 or so minutes later, as Lou was writing up my sales receipt, he told me that I needed this and that. He checked off what I needed. Starting with an air filter and battery. Looking over my bill of sales, I noticed he already had down to replace my filter and battery. I clearly stated to Lou that I came for 4 tires and tires only. Long story short, I was shocked he just added service to my vehicle without my consent. The tires I received made my drive so smooth. I'm happy. Not so, the right passenger tire kept leaking air. Two wks with new tires. The tire went flat 6 times in a 2 week span of purchasing them. Explain the problem to Ed. Problem solved. The air valve was replaced, free of charge. Thanks Ed. Great customer service. I had no appointment, Ed told me to bring it in. I was done in less than a hr. And on this particular day, (lol), Ed was busy. So even though Ed gave himself a 5 star rating, I won't change it because he went above and beyond. My next trip to Midas on Cotton Avenue, I will be asking for Ed.

Lou is awesome! So helpful and polite! Definitely who you want to help you at the counter! Matt is a great tech! He showed me what he recommended to be replaced and why it should be replaced. Also went above and beyond to recommend a jump pack I should get for my daughter’s car. Thanks guys!

What I experienced here is classic price gouging. Mark up of 350% on wiper repair. ($1,216) Save your money folks.

Nic is very friendly and makes me feel welcome to Midas. Service was well done as usual. Midas is the only place apart from the dealership that I trust with my car. The wait might be a bit long but it worth it.

I feel so comfortable as a woman bringing my car here to be serviced and get honest feedback about it. The manager Eddie walked me through every step, such a cool guy and manager Lou was kind and eager to help. Oh and can't forget Tony the tech, showing me the inspection is okay. Everyone is very hospitable. Seriously will be coming back for everything!

This Midas was amazing! The two gentlemen at the front desk, Eddie and Lou, were great and it made me feel good about leaving my car in their care. Everything was explained to me in an understandable way. I didn’t feel like they were trying to oversell me, and as a woman, that’s a great experience. This was a 10/10 experience. I will definitely be coming back!
