I’m giving 5 stars because my car was serviced In a reasonable time, and I was given a ride home to wait while my car was getting serviced. BUT let me say this, I know for a FACT I was over charged for everything. But I needed to go somewhere that accepted any type of payment service like snap and easy pay, which if you use those services PAY IT OFF IN 90 days to avoid paying 178% Interest. Anyway, desperate times calls for desperate measures. Overall service was AMAZING! But if you have a credit card or cash, shop around lol

I desperately needed an oil change early in the morning and the team at the bustleton midas go me in fixed my car I was able to get to work on time the were professional quick and very polite and it’s -1 outside so I know they were cold !!!thanks guys I was in a rush and they happily helped me

Overcharged & Incomplete Work I inquired about the price of an oil change & tire rotation over the phone. “Mike” gave me a good price so I set up my appointment. After my service was complete Michael Cowan billed me for a higher price, claiming I must have spoke to someone different on the phone. Once I got home I noticed my tires were never rotated ether.

I had a blower motor and resistor installed on Saturday but part was defective later returned Monday and had new parts installed and was issued a voucher for free oil change good service in correcting problems

Excellent service… I was actually shown all my vehicle problems and didn’t feel like I was being up charged…plus advised me on how to save money on things they could have done but was covered in my warranty…I appreciate the honest and transparency in their work

Had an emergency tire situation and my son recommended Midas on Bustleton Ave. Great recommendation because the service was fantastic! Mickey and Mike were great as well as their staff. I've already scheduled my follow up service check with them.

great service good store manager with helping me out with my vehicle I want to warn everyone not to get easy pay loan from midas if you have low credit score and can't get a loan . I needed work done on my car which came out to $1,344.00 dollars I thought with my low credit score it would be 30% percent on the loan not 179% percent which I would have to pay $2,600 in interest for 18 month loan if you can pay them with in hundred days you don't have to pay that interest but if you can't then you get hit with all that interest when I start telling people about price for exhaust muffler and pipe assembly they said it was high part number 58550 price from midas was $309.99 family member found same part online for $103.08 also part number 50072 midas price $549,99 called around found same part for $229.99 even though service was good prices are high.
