I went here to get my tire rod done and they tempered with my muffler putting holes in it all because they got in trouble for losing my key!!! I would never go back here and I'm definitely taking this to court!

I was lied to by Midas mechanic that he fixed my car shutting down issue. I still have the same problem. Midas took a lot of money from me. They first sent me to an electric specialist that took 1167 dollars but didn't fix my car issue, then after going multiple times to Midas, I was told it was just the intake manifold gasket that was not secured properly. They never fixed my car issue, because this morning February 5, 2025 while driving on the I-76 road, my car shuts down on me, you don't want to know the level of stress I'm in right now, I feel betrayed, but GOD is watching. I will never go back not even for an oil change.

I can’t thank Midas enough, especially the manager Eddie, who truly is a lifesaver. I needed an oil change before a road trip, and Eddie was able to squeeze me in. The team went above and beyond by doing a full look over and even giving me a heads-up on what to keep an eye on in the future. Their professionalism and politeness were top-notch. Eddie and his staff are AMAZING !!! He was very friendly from the phone conversation and immediately when I walked in his professionalism was the 1st thing I noticed. My car was immediately transferred to the maintenance area and worked on. He deserves a 10/10 in an industry where essentially their needed. Good job Eddie !

Had unexpected exhaust system issues and Eddie and the team were able to get my car in for an appointment first thing on a snowy Saturday. Fixed the issue and were very forthcoming with an explanation so I could understand the work that was done. Very communicative on timeline and pricing. Go visit them, they will take care of you!!

I hit a pothole and brought the Vehicle to Midas because I was on a time crunch and it's also near my home. I was charged $1,526.08 for Tie Rods, sway bar and control arm and ball joint (quoted 2k at first). Had to bring back the Vehicle for a realignment 2 days later. Lost money from taking off work and in this Economy that was tough. The Vehicle was also damaged (A straight pattern of paint chips on top of passenger fender and a very slight depression on the side) to add to the price. I picked up the Vehicle at closing when it was getting dark and didn't notice at first. I tried calling soon as I got home but got no answer (have screen shots). I called the next morning about the problems with the alignment and damage and was told a manager would look at it. Alignment was redone the following day but no manager was available. Was told he'd call me the next day. No call. *Review Update: A regional Manager named Sergio contacted me today and they offered to pay for the paint damage. Which I really appreciate. He was apologetic and answered questions I had and his answers made sense. Very Professional. I would also like to add that I felt a little bad for the 1 Star review. 3 other Shops who inspected my Vehicle after Midas worked on it All said the work was "Tight". The damage was so bad I'm actually thinking Midas went beyond. Who knows. I did need new tires which is why an alignment would have never stopped the car from drifting a little. But I have to admit, using other Shops as my conviction, This Midas on Castor Ave. did a hell of a job on my Suspension. Now I'd recommend anyone with Suspension problems to go there!

This shop was great! Friendly courteous and professional! I had a coupon for an oil change and their system didn't allow it but he figured out a way to get me a deal which I really appreciated. All the customers there seemed to be very happy and positive like they had been clients for a while and can see why - all the employees went out of their way to be nice and courteous. I had a minor scare leaving the shop as my car started driving kind of weird, I called them and they said if it persisted to come back and they'd look at it no problem. Here's hoping I won't have the issue again and won't need to come back but nice to know they will check it out of need be. Best of luck to all they guys at this midas
