It was some good dudes in there .. i went on a Saturday to get my wheels checks a he told the problem but I had more problem and I went in on Monday they recheck the car have me a free wheel alignment test drove and did a great job no complaints from me

Dustin expertise is beyond reproach..I live in Indianapolis and my neice has been having issues with her vehicle. Had a badly flat tire, called up Dustin and he promised to help any way he could. Got there later that day and Will did me a solid and got them to look at my wheel even though it was close to close. They threw the spare on and showed me the crack in the rim, and told where where I could go to get a new rim ALL FREE of charge. Will come back here for all service. Good dudes here.

I arrived at this shop without an appointment since I got a flat tire (which was in my trunk) that I needed inspected & possibly repaired rather quickly. Since it’s ill-advised to drive with a flat tire, I put the spare on before I went in. Considering that I had to drive a few miles on the flat before I could put the spare on, I was worried that I compromised the integrity of what was a good tire in doing that. The Midas technician, Nate, needed to inspect the inside of my (potentially compromised) tire to determine next steps. Upon inspecting further, he found a nail. The nail explains how I lost psi from the start. Luckily, the inside of the tire looked good (phew). Nate removed the nail and resealed the puncture. Once my tire was fixed, he willingly reinstalled the repaired tire on my car, refilled air in my spare, then placed the spare back in my spare tire compartment. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The icing on the cake - all services rendered were free of charge as well! Great experience overall, especially since Nate mentioned I might need all new tires if they can’t fix the flat (I have AWD). If I needed to replace these, it would have been very $$$! Thank you, Nate!

The owner was the most kindest person I have ever dealt with when it comes to having your car looked over and fixed. The man that did my oil change looked over my car and tell me exactly what I needed and nothing more.. I would most definitely have them as my oil change or mechanic as long as I own my car.. Dustin is the best mechanic I have EVER met!!! I brought my vehicle in, they inspected and was very up front about what was needed and the cost. They did repairs in less than a day. We shared our hobbies and they made me comfortable after a very traumatic event. They will never overcharge and go out of the way to make sure you’re getting the best price. I won’t go anywhere else! Also a beast when it comes to Ford. Makes me feel like family and the top priority is my safety on the road.

I tried firstone 3 times for an alignment. Canceled me. Out of desperation I started calling around. These gentlemen got me an appointment for 2. They not only diagnosed a potential dangerous part failure but got it fixed and my alignment done by 6. Now I can drive my 6 hours with the peace of mind my car will not fall apart before christmas. Fair thorough and understanding. Run to them you will be extremely happy.

This has been the best car service I have ever received by FAR!! I was from out of town visiting my boyfriend’s mom and hit something on the highway at night and a plastic piece from hanging from my car along with a metal clinking. The car was drivable so when I arrived I was looking for car repair shops near me and called 20 different places & they all did not give me the time of day nor care about the situation. I was lucky enough to call Midas and speak to Dustin who not only said he could get me in last minute to make sure everything was okay before I had to drive back to the city but also asked if I was okay and glad I was safe. This is not only good customer service but great people in general. Very thankful for their help!!! Highly recommend

DUSTIN IS THE MAN I searched all day for a place to get my attachment cover under my car fixed and despite his busy day Dustin and his skilled workers managed to fix my problem and had me back on the road in a matter of minutes. I HIGHLY suggest Midas for your car troubles!!!!

Dustin took great care of me today regarding my tires. It was a stressful process working with other businesses(Firestone) so it was a relief having someone take care of me. Not only was he great but his staff were as well. I’ll definitely be returning for more services and tell my friends and family to do the same.
