Llame para preguntar el cambio de aceite y filtro del carro.. me indicaron 89$ el día de hoy 01/28/2025 fui a realizar el servicio y me cobraron 361$ waoooo.. tardaron 2 horas! No son ni rápidos ni honestos..! Abusadores! OJO

Came in this morning for an oil change first time ever at a Midas and let me tell you the service was great. Mitch was very helpful and attentive. He got me a really good deal and took care of all my car needs I definitely recommend coming.

They took 3hrs for an oil change. Then suggested to change a bunch of parts that they even didn’t have in stock. Some of the part were still in good condition. Finally they tried to charge for the parts they never installed since they weren’t available.

Pésima experiencia en Midas Este lugar es una estafa total. Llegamos a las 10:00 a.m. para que nos arreglaran un ponche en una goma delantera y cambiaran una válvula en otra goma que ya habíamos desmontado. Algo que no debería tomar más de 30 minutos terminó siendo un martirio: salimos a las 12:30 p.m.. ¡Dos horas y media perdidas por un trabajo absurdo! Y para rematar, nos cobraron $103 dólares. ¡Es un robo descarado! No solo se burlan de tu tiempo, sino también de tu bolsillo. Este lugar no tiene vergüenza ni respeto por sus clientes. Si no quieres que te vean la cara y te cobren como si estuvieras comprando una goma nueva, aléjate de Midas. ¡Jamás volveré a poner un pie en este antro de ladrones!

They do an amazing job and excellent customer service. You can wait inside while they’re working on your car. They have clean bathrooms, coffee machine and a tv with Netflix included. Shoutout to Chris for his great help and making sure I got the best price for what my car needed👍🏼

Great customer service and little to no wait time. Chris was awesome offered me all kinds of coffee before even speaking about anything else. Made me feel at home. My first but it won’t be my last!!

I drove from tampa to miami this morning and while driving from the areas I have to work. Miami this week I had a flat tire in the middle of the turnpike, luckily this Midas location was right around the quarter from the Hilton hotel. I am staying at, but when I tell you, they are extremely fast, I mean I had to take a business call for several minutes, by the time I was finish with my call, my car was already done with 2 new tires on the front, and everything put back in its place. Every person I interacted with from Jorge Dominguez, the store manager, to Adrian, Andreas, Jose, and Raphael [Andreas being the one who actually I worked on my vehicle primarily] I really appreciate their work ethic and professionalism. The speed and the general politeness of everyone I encountered is Very Rare...especially in the mechanic/tire industry. I hope management takes care of the staff, this would be a good crew to keep intact. 🙂👍

I went in to do an oil change and Chris was able to help me out. The customer service was great. He informed me of all the servicing my car might need based on the full vehicle inspection they did last time. Afterwards, I helped myself with some complimentary refreshments in the waiting area. Overall, their prices are competitive, they are professionals that know what they are doing, and customer service was excellent. I had a pleasure doing business with Midas and will be coming back.

My oil change expirience with midas was great. My car was comoletly checked out and anything they found wrong they brought to my attention so i can know exactly what was going on with my car. The manager and technician were great, polite and very knowledgable. I would definetly go back for all my car needs

Me llama la atención las calificaciones de este sitio, al parecer tuve mala suerte. Mande a mi hijo por una válvula de una llanta soltando aire y le dijeron que el trabajo costaba 140 dolares porque cuando se cambia la válvula hay que cambiar el censor y tenian que solicitarlo, este arreglo no cuesta mas de 30 a 35 dolares y el censor estaba en perfecto estado, ni siquiera revisaron el carro para dar un diagnóstico. Espero que la causa es que el dueño no estaba presente.
