Honest, great communication, reasonable prices, they pick up their phone when you call and they have popcorn :) I waited for my car and it's easy to see how they really try to work with and help all the customers. They would give time updates as well as updates concerning any issues or potential issues with the customer's vehicles. They have different financing options to help when you don't have the funds at that time. I would definitely recommend this place for any work on your car.

I have been into this shop 4-5 times and experience has been great every time. Anthony is very knowledgeable, listen to your problems patiently and never pressured for same day repair. Front desk is very clean with nice siting area, took my 6 yrs old with me this time, he enjoyed popcorn and soda kept in the side

Wonderful experience very knowledgeable about products and my individual needs for my vehicle. Very competitive pricing and the mechanics were very knowledgeable and helpful and explaining what the issues were with the vehicle. I will bring all my vehicles to Midas from now on one stop shopping for all my vehicles needs.

All in all the staff were very nice. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Time waiting was less than expected. However, someone decided to zero out my Trip A and Trip B mileage. When I called back to find out why, Nathan was not able provide a reasonable answer / no answer at all actually. Also no one informed me that my tires were in fact not rotated. After I called and had to ask. The person who answered the phone stated that my tire was “damaged” so they cannot be rotated. I was quoted $49.99 for oil change and tire rotation. Since my tires were in fact not rotated, a discount should have been offered. Overall courteous staff but not forthcoming with information at all I feel deceived.
