Hyatt is probably one of these best service/store managers I have dealt with in all my years of going to different places for my automotive needs. He’s professionalism is beyond measure! If Midas ever sees this review, they need to make him service manager of the year. I couldn’t be more pleased and because of him, I will now take all my business to Midas. I was in the parking lot at 7:20am, doors open at 7:40am. Three customers and I waited until 8:19am while midas workers listen to loud music and drink coffee. I ask for service and the front desk work said take it or live and wait. I said Three customers and I waited for an hour for service. I was ask to live and denide service due to my Asian race.

It was easy to schedule an appointment on line ahead of time. Check in was fast and friendly and service was great. It was my first visit to their shop and I utilized their coupon towards an oil change. I'll be back

Beyond satisfied with the service I received from this Midas location. Although the service time to get my car fixed took longer than estimated, I am truly thankful that the guys took their time making sure I was back on the road safely. Midas on Main Street is fantastic! I went in for some relatively major service scheduled for 8:30am, I didn’t want to be driving around in the car unnecessarily so I dropped it off the night before. They got started on it that night and had it ready shortly after they were supposed to just be getting started. I’ve bounced around from a lot of different places but I will be sticking with this Midas for all future services. This place is seriously great. Hayat knows his stuff and is super friendly and understanding. Good prices and there is financing options available if you need it. They made an unsafe car not only drivable but enjoyable to drive.

I rarely review companies but I really wanted to take the time to review this one! Absolutely exceptional service from this location! Hayat helped me through the work that was needed on my car and I was blown away by the level of service, communication, and the value that was offered. They were quick to offer specific help that my car needed and I didn't even have to ask for any of the promotional coupons to be applied they did it all automatically (multiple deals too!) additionally they let me negotiate additional discounts when one of the tire options listed online was not available. I was overall blown away by my experience here and would recommend them to anyone! Whatever Hayat is getting paid it’s not enough! I’m definitely coming here for now on!

So far, the diagnosis was correct and the replacement of a new Master Cylinder is doing fine. My experience with other Midas stores has been less than stellar, so I am less than enthused than I should be this time. Bottom line, the store manager, Hyatt, was excellent, cooperative, professional and worked to solve previous problems I had with Midas. Oh, okay, 4 1/2 Stars.
