Elias is really nice in terms of explaining things and he has great personality. They did an Amazon job with my tire alignment, tire replacement and few other fixes. I would recommend this place to anyone in the valley.

I am from California. I picked up a nail on the freeway today. I pulled out of the Fwy and found Midas in Mesa, AZ. I pulled in, I told them I need my ties checked, I have a flat tire. They took my key and lifted the car on a hoist, and found a nail on the left rear tire. They patched the tire in a few minutes, I went inside to pay for the repairs, Ellis (the manager) said there is no charge, it was a curtsy tire repair for a new customer. I appreciate their quick response to my needy repairs. Midas is a well known company for a reason, I highly recommend Midas to anyone for their quick and honest service. Thank you Midas and the crew.

I had an appointment the other day for an oil change. They were very backed up and it took quite a long time. They were more than apologetic and took very good care of me. This is a store that seriously emphasizes customer service. They are trustworthy and will take good care of you.

Midas replaced my rear brakes. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered my questions, and addressed my concerns is a professional and caring way. They had me ready to go in no time! My car broke down in Mesa, and it could have been a much worse experience. I had it towed to Midas, and they got me a Lyft back home to Surprise. In the following days I received calls from Elias with updates. I felt like they were honest and my car was repaired appropriately and efficiently. I am very thankful to Elias and everyone involved in getting my car fixed and back on the road. Because of this great experience, I will definitely use Midas for any future repairs.

Although I needed to make a last minute change of my appointment time, they were able to fit me in layer that day. And they still did a thorough job. Did struts, ball joints, bushings, CV axils plus rear shocks. Noticed immediately that it handles like a new car!!!

I have been to this location 4 times. Once for my work van and 3 times for my Ram. The brakes on my Ram were starting to make a squeal. Not often but once in awhile. I didn't want grooves worn into my rotors so I took it to Midas. I was concerned I'd have to spend big money during Christmas week. Elias had one of his crew inspect it. Told me I had plenty of brake pad material all around, the noise was most likely from brake dust. I was very relieved and impressed by this locations honesty. I was not up sold on anything I didn't need.

whoever answered the phone at 2:56 on december 16th is “literally” so rude I was just asking questions about a transmission fluid change and he’s gonna be rude and say literally this and literally that. “literally” this place is rude and I won’t be going here

They took my truck back within two minutes and they didn’t even charge me to check the oil leaks and noise it was making. They were pretty proficient with time and honest and upfront about everything. They didn’t seem like they were only trying to make money or pressure me into doing anything.

The Most Unprofessional Experience – Go Anywhere but Here! I have never encountered such a disappointing and unprofessional experience as I did at the Midas on Power and Southern. I arrived at 11 am for a simple service, quoted 45 minutes to an hour, which seemed reasonable. Instead, I ended up waiting for HOURS with zero communication and constant lies from the manager. Multiple times I was told “10 more minutes,” or “it should be done soon”—only to find out at 2:13 pm that they were just then sending someone to pick up the filter! I had mentioned upfront that I needed to leave to pick up my child 30 minutes away by 2:55 pm, yet this was completely disregarded. Meanwhile, I watched mechanics lounging around on their phones, showing no urgency or respect for customer time. The signs in the lobby boldly state, “Don’t put up with it.” This is laughable coming from a place that defines bad service: endless waiting, blatant lies, zero communication, and absolute disrespect. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values your time and respects their customers.
