After routine oil change, these clowns informed me that the engine filter needs to be replace, I said No because they wants to charge more. They decided not put the cover screws. Such a professional work from these jokers.

Brad and the crew saved my whole week. I was afraid my starter was out, and they checked and discovered my battery was bad. Brad sorted out the warranty stuff, we got a new battery, and I was back at home with a working car on the same day.

I had a metal cap on my valve stem that was seized. I brought it in because I thought I would need a new valve stem and the team got it off when nobody else could. Thank you guys!!!

The oil change was pretty good. I’m overfilled by about a half a quart but that’s not an issue that part of the service they did very well. I had a left brake light out. I knew that coming into it. It took them 30 minutes to replace a bulb that should’ve taken 10 minutes and, they couldn’t get my tail light cover back on correctly for a half hour not very impressed with their service abilities other than the oil change so for oil change it’s a great place for anything else not so much.

Now before I start: let me preface by saying that they did phenomenal with the repairs/oil changes I've needed before this. The reason I'm rating them 3 stars though is that when they checked all of the filters: they ended up doing something to my glovebox. Now when I open it: it sometimes drops to the floor. Almost like it's unhinged. Had no issues like this before the most recent oil change.

Overall satisfied with my car's oil change at Midas. I was able to bring in my own oil and filter. They took my car as a walk-in and I stayed in their lobby with free wifi. Their service was convenient and quick! Very fair price too!
