Cody the manager was extremely helpful and solely the reason that I will be coming back to Midas after basically calling it quits with them after my last visit. This man should get a raise and then some if he hasn't received one already, because he singlehandedly saved Midas from losing a customer, and gained them a regular that has already referred others to go there now for their oil change needs as well

Best mechanic shop ever no bs they do what needs done and dont try to upsell unnecessary work.. cody is the best with dealing with my questions and concerns.. john and cezir take very good care of my vehicles and let me know what i need without trying to force me to get it done

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Midas! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car and had it fixed in no time, all at a fair price. I especially appreciated how they explained everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. My car runs like new, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future maintenance. If you’re looking for a place to figure out your cars issues don’t go here. Which sucks because the other mechanics besides cody were very kind and helpful. I had dropped my car off to get it inspected for an issue, the day i dropped it off, he seemed like a real jerk. I decided to brush it off. Maybe he just had a strong “personality” or an off day. i wasn't feeling too comfortable about him, i should have just listened to my gut. I was told cody would keep me updated upon the status of my car. Little to no communication i don’t understand why i have been charged almost 200 just to be told he couldn’t do anything about it. When i went to pick up my car cody was not there but the lovey lady at the front (very kind lady) had called him, i could hear him over the phone groan at my presence. So unprofessional. Everyone there expect cody was respectable. Y’all need a new manager.

I took my wife’s car to get an oil change, and while I was there, I asked if they could just look at it because it was making a noise when we drove slow. They didn’t have to do the whole inspection for free, but they drove it around and brought it up and looked under the car. They realized the transmission was completely dead, and instead of trying to change it themselves, They told us to go to Subaru themselves and see if it was under warranty. Because of that we were able to get a new transmission for free under warranty, saving us thousands of dollars. Cody is a friendly down to earth guy and you could tell here that they were really trying to help us and not just throw sales in our face. This will definitely be our new go to place when we need anything done with our car. It’s very clean and and well run

I am completely disappointed in the action of the employee Cody at this store my mother an I have been going to this Midas for a while now an told my sister to use them as well because they had good service but Cody really changed my out look on there business practice because he was rude and very unprofessional an it’s shame because i know Midas is a great company and I know they would not appreciate there employees acting like this man Cody was acting I have spent thousands of dollars with the company and it doesn’t matter if I spent a dollar or a thousand dollars that is not how you treat ppl

I really don’t know how to put the experience I had yesterday into words it took me a moment to decide on if I was going to say anything at all i truly just don’t want anyone to have the same experience as I did were I wasn’t being heard or respected I felt belittled and I was talked down to, even remaining calm didn’t help the situation I’m not going to go into details or bash anyone but I will say that I have decided to call corporate and contact the bbb so that what happened to me doesn’t happen to anyone else

I was filling my air up and notice I had a lug nut fall off and I called up Midas and Cody had picked up I explained my situation and he told me no problem come on down and we will put it back on and torch it to spec and make sure your safe on the road. There is no other place I would take my car. Cody, the manager, is friendly, honest, and reliable. Cezar, one of the mechanics, also deserves honorable mention. Great location, fair prices, and trustworthy service, if i could give 6 stars, I would.

I love coming to this midas. I live in Henderson and I drive out here just to get my car worked on because the staff is honest and reliable. I dont have to worry about them selling me things I dont need to fix my car, like other companies do. Cody is amazing and has great customer service skills. The staff is great at what they do and will make sure your car is running right before you leave. I DEFINITELY recommend coming to this location if you need your car worked on.

Cody is a rockstar. He was able to get the Lexus parts needed to repair the entire braking system. No small task, since they sent the wrong parts. He spoke to us every day about what they were waiting on and the pricing wasn’t ridiculous !!

Cody and Cesir were BEYOND amazing , found coupons without me asking , gave great professional opinions, shop was clean and ac blowing cold , customer service was outstanding , bathroom was clean , friendly and prices were great. Had no idea this establishment was this wonderful and not to mention I was told an hour and they were done before that. Highly recommend their service !!!!!

Cody, the store manager was awesome. He’s genuinely so kind, helpful, and took me in last minute. They even fixed things the other location messed up without me asking them.
