Great local shop to get your vehicle maintenance! They ran diagnostics and did a pretty major service on my truck all within 2 days. The dealership could not fit me in for 4 working days just to run diagnostics alone, which I did not have time for. Gary and the team at Midas got me on the road in no time. They value their customers and run a solid business.

As usual, an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived to the moment I had left, Shelby treated me with the upmost kindness and respect! She helped me figure out pricing and we came to the conclusion the royal maintenance package was the best option. I definitely recommend servicing your car with them. I have been a loyal customer at this location for the past four years, consistently having positive experiences. However, this time, things took a noticeable turn for the worse. When I called to make my appointment, I specifically reviewed my account and the vehicle I was bringing in. I was given the option to purchase the Groupon or have it validated upon arrival. The representative even informed me about a special that matched the Groupon price. But, upon my arrival, I was suddenly told that this promotion did not apply to my vehicle and that it was incorrect for them to have honored this sale in the past. It’s important to note that Groupon does not mention any of the restrictions that the service person cited, and I was not made aware of these conditions when I booked my appointment. My frustration lies not with the cost—I'm well aware of the pricing for my specific vehicle—but rather the poor service and the significant waste of my time.

My husband has always taken my car to Midas near Katy Mills. So when my car needed another repair, we went there only to find out that Gary had moved to another location. We left my car there anyway but minutes later went back to pick it up. We wanted to find Gary. Lol Thankfully, we did at this location and as always, he gave better prices and still superb service. I'm so grateful for him and for the mechanics. I'm attached to my 18 year old car and Gary has helped make it possible to keep her on the road. For as long as we can, we will follow Gary wherever he goes. No exaggeration. Thanks Timothy & Tomara Calloway

Had my oil changed and people couldn’t be nicer. A few days later I had a banging coming from my car and I stopped past, it was a cover underneath and they put it n the ramp and fixed it for free. Highly recommend.

I came back to Midas because of the EXCELLENT customer service and repair work. Gary and Terry are welcoming, professional, and quick. I was running late and they accommodated my schedule. I was in and out in a half hour for my oil change. I will be back! From a few months ago: Had a problem with a loud rattling noise after getting my tires replaced. Midas was able to find and fix the problem quickly! Eric was very personable too!

Brought my car in for an oil change and found out that I had some other internal issues that needed maintenance. I’ve been to many car shops before and have been misinformed. The staff here at Midas took the time to educate me on the issue and was more than willing to help me come to a sound solution. I will definitely be back and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

I should’ve read the reviews before coming here. Worst mistake of my life. Avoid this place like a plague, I don’t believe all the other reviews. They are scammers and take advantage of young women, they steal and lie. Brought my car to fix and they damaged it and try to charge me $2600. You have a better chance with a tow service than this place. I absolutely regret it.

Got an oil change here first time and went to Jiffy lube for an oil change after. I was told by Jiffy Lube my engine oil level was very low. I have no idea of what type of engine oil they put in my car.

Scammers. My mom took my car to be looked at on 11/21 because my traction control keeps turning it's self off. No check engine lights not codes just that random issue. Initially they said there was nothing they could do. Upon further looking they said it was sending off an error for a brake switch sensor( which I just had replaced 2 weeks prior). I say ok replace it again maybe it was defective. They take the car for a test drive and come back saying the car is jerking and shaking at 15 mph, I needed new engine mounts and the check engine light is now on. Again when it was brought in everything was clear. They say I need to leave it to have them look at it. We were going on a road trip the next so that wasn't a option. We tell them put the sensor back in and my mom drives it back to my house. I looked on YouTube prior to see if I could change it out myself so I look at the senor location. The mechanic never secured the senor which caused the check engine light. I secured it and everything was as of it was never taken there to begin with. So word of advice of your are a woman or and elderly person DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They are either trying to scam people out of their money by triggering check engine lights or the are incompetent and don't know how to put a car back together.
