I was able to get a really good deal on replacing my serpentine belt from Midas ! Frank went above and beyond with answering any questions I had and gave an estimate of how long they’ll take and were finished in record time. I was in and out in under 40 minutes. Highly recommend them and they don’t push or try to sell any other work on you. Very professional and passionate people who love what they do!

Went in because my mom had flat tire that could not be patched. Jose and frank were so welcoming the second we walked in. They gave us an amazing price on a set of brand new tires that we needed. Process went completely smooth and fast. Definitely recommend coming here!

I had a phenomenal experience at Midas! I walked in with my truck making an unusual noise, and the team quickly diagnosed the issue. They were very professional and thorough, helping me temporarily fix the problem on the spot. Within 30 minutes, I was in and out with the noise completely gone. They even provided me with a detailed quote for a permanent solution. Great service, friendly staff, and fast turnaround—highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience at Midas Auto service Katy. When I faced an unexpected battery issue, they responded quickly and efficiently. Jose saved me $250 that the Firestone across the street would’ve charged me. Told me what I needed to fix while reassuring me with payment options and repair speed. Firestone charged me $200 for a diagnostic just for me to take it across the street and get a cheaper quote and faster, friendlier, more comprehensive service. I will be back for any and all auto issues.

Tried to charge my friend over $300 for an oil change, and then tried to hold his car hostage when he said no he will take it elsewhere. Criminal and unprofessional.
