Today on 1/27/25. I GUESS JOSÉ WAS IN HIS DAYS BUT HE WAS RUDE AS HELL, I GUESS MIDAS JUST LOST A CLIENT. On oil change are good but bad customer service rude as can be not Jose the other one who refused to give me his name.

everyone here is super rude. they act like your too low to even get ur car fixed here. wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for great service (edit: just read some reviews it’s the same man the one with the long beard. he needs to be fired!!)

So far all of my experiences here have been great. I typically go to this location for my car alignment and oil changes. Jose Alba has been super nice, helpful, and transparent. I schedule my appointments ahead of time and don’t spend too much time waiting on any of the services which is very convenient for me.

Stopped by for an inspection, they were very nice. So I stopped in for an oil change. I bought new headlights for my truck and asked what they'd charge to install on my RAM 2500 (you tube video I watched was way more complicated than I was up for). They installed them at no charge! Jose and his crew have a new customer. They were professional and timely. I do recommend this store for your minor mechanical needs (since that is all my experience is with them thus far).

Do yourself a favor and avoid Midas Tire Shop. The manager, with big beard Jose was not only unhelpful but also rude. He started working on my vehicle without providing any details about the services. When I expressed my concerns, he told me to take my car down from the lift and leave! This was such a frustrating experience. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.” Not sure why the owner not fired him yet!!!

I would give negative stars if I could. I have made an appointment through phone and the tech promised me to get oil change done in 40mins due to my doctors appointment. as soon as I arrived at the exact appointment time, after waiting for 10mins at the front desk while no one was attentive, I was told a walk-in alignment request came in so they cannot get my request done in time, saying there are only 2 techs in today. What’s the point of taking appointments or reservations if you take walk-ins first?

Avoid this place at all costs. I had an incredibly frustrating and dishonest experience here. I went in to check on a specific issue with my car, and the managerJose, HE HAS A BIG BEARD, initially told me that there was no problem with the part in question. He even checked it for free, which seemed like a good sign. However, after I agreed to pay $100 for a full diagnostic, suddenly, Jose "discovered" that the very part I asked about was indeed faulty—the exact problem I had initially brought to his attention. His story changed completely after he had my money, and when I confronted him about the inconsistency, he just dodged the question and kept changing the subject. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and feels like nothing more than a scam to squeeze money out of customers. They clearly knew about the issue from the start but chose to mislead me to get a quick $100. This shop lacks honesty, integrity, and transparency. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where you’ll be treated with respect and honesty. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

Eventhough u did not have an appointment my vehicle was checked immediately and the repair was able to be done right away. The associates were friendly a d efficient. The repair was dine quickly and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

I took my car in for a brake pads and rotor replacement . Drove off the shop after the job was completed and I started to notice a grinding sound on the R front wheel. I called the shop and spoke with Jose the manager and was told to come back in the morning. When I got home while driving with the grinding sound I noticed that 4 lug nuts on the R wheel is lose and i can basically move it with my hands and I am missing my wheel lock. I brought this concerned with JOse the next day I came in and He just became agitated and raised his voice that they will never do something like this when the evidence clearly shows what happen. I made a recording videos of the loose lug nuts, missing wheel lock and grinding sound . There is no accountability with this location and the manager jose need a training about customer service . This is a negligence that could cause accident and hurt people which they don't take into consideration. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. WORST shop!!! I regret spending money here to support this business. I would give zero star if that's an option.

SAVE YOUR MONEY - Do *NOT* come here. Very unethical and will do anything to make a buck off you. We’ve been here a few times to bring multiple vehicles, and every time their pricing & service quality gets worse & more egregious. Today was the last straw. Brought in the car for a leaking coolant tank – which costs around $25-$35 to for the part. Guess how much we were quoted? $764! Even if you’re paying your employees top dollar for labor, that’s egregious. When we expressed that that was expensive, given the price of the part & relative ease of replacing it, the service manager immediately said they could it do for $164. That’s $600 less! A $600 overcharge for a simple service is a very unethical, wicked to make a profit. I don’t nickel & dime, but as a service provider you should ensure that your pricing matches your service. We would have done it ourselves but needed to use the car later today, so we let them replace the coolant tank. When they finished, we were given a bill with additional b.s. charges for a total of $186. And they spilled coolant all over the caps and covers of the other parts of the engine. Which I have to clean. Save your money. Support a small business who will take care of you better.

Stay away from this shop. The manager with the long beard is extremely rude and dishonest. I went there specifically to replace a cooling fan, but he lied, claiming the fan was fine and insisted on running a diagnostic. After taking my money, he then admitted the issue was with the fan all along. When I confronted him, he became aggressive and demanded payment. I had already had the diagnostics done elsewhere, so I knew the problem. This shop will rip you off and steal your money. Their customer service is abysmal. Avoid them at all costs.

This is my second time bringing my vehicle to get an oil change and I will be bringing it back here in the future. The service is relatively quick and the manager is helpful.
