Today I had a very bad experience. I had previously visited this place for a tire and weight change and it went well. But today was not the same. Chad Mcknney was the one who helped us today (who was not the same person who helped me the last time). We made the request for the tire change (we did not bring the car, only the tire and rim). While we were waiting, they called my husband and told him that they could not remove the damaged tire, that they did not know how (this should not happen in places that specialize in this type of service or else they do not have the appropriate personnel for this). When we insisted on removing the tire, they made some cracks, this was in the store. Seeing that they did not offer a solution, we decided to take it home and my husband could remove it with his tools. So we had to take the tire to our house and return to have the new one installed at the store. When we returned we told them about the damage they had done to the rim, because they had tried and tried to remove the tire and they still couldn't. They had damaged it. They denied the damage they had done, that we had damaged the rim when we fixed the tire problem since they hadn't done it. Finally they got upset and didn't take responsibility for their mistake with this service.

I went into Midas today for an oil change, and I had the best customer service experience ever! Chad and his coworker were fantastic—super friendly, fast, and efficient. They made the whole process so easy and pleasant. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my future car needs. Highly recommend!

Brought my sister's 12 Sonata in to Midas for an oil change and to inspect the front end because the steering wheel was off center, The tech completed the oil change and car was brought up front - I asked if the front suspension was checked? Oops, Sorry not yet. Car was brought back in for inspection, I agree front end needs work. I am upset the right rear brake light was out and never told - also car is dripping oil on my garage floor that was not leaking before, appears to be fresh oil too. Please contact me so I can return to determine if drain plug is leaking or oil filter.... Well it has been a week since I posted this review and not a word from Midas so I guess Midas doesn't care about their customers satisfaction*** I will never use Midas again. So people beware of Midas if you care about your car!

This team is awesome! I came in for an oil change the Saturday before Christmas and 1 hour before closing time- the entire team, especially Chad, was extremely accommodating, provided great customer service and made sure to explain everything to me. I will definitely be coming to this location for all my future car servicing needs.

Poor service and they will over quote for everything without knowing what the issue is. They will exaggerate the problems and make you believe to pay money for running all kinds of test to tell you what happened and then they don’t fix it. Just for running engine diagnostics they charged 200+ dollars where they weren’t even sure what exactly caused it but promoised to fix it with a quote of $2k-3k dollars. A local repair shop charged just $200 to repair the entire thing. Don’t believe them on their repair and oil services
