I have had nothing but trouble since getting my axles replaced there. They have broken twice since they repaired them. I pray the 3rd time is a charm. The staff is very nice and helpful, though. Andrew was very helpful in taking care of the problem in a hurry .

I read reviews and decided to give Midas a try. Guys! Always follow your first mind ok...Well I can tell you I won't be back here first and last time. Charged me 90+ dollars for an oil change. NEVER ASKED ME ANY QUESTIONS.( just my personal information to be in their system.)That's not good. No communication on what I would be able to afford being that I am a New customer. How they know I had 100.00? I feel like I'm being ripped off.. But God always blesses me. Thank you God in advance 🙏🏿 I have a great heart. I don't do people wrong and I help strangers im a(BUSINESS OWNER) myself and I'm definitely not about to overprice ANYONE. This will be the FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME Y'ALL OVERCHARGE ME FOR AN OIL CHANGE BECAUSE YOU GUYS NEVER EVER ASKED ME OR CUMMUNICATED PRICES JUST HANDED ME A RECEIPT TO SIGN. I could've went to TAKE 5! Way better than this service and I don't even have to get out of my truck!! And it wrecks of cigarette buts inside 👎🏿 Been here 30 minutes and still haven't even started on my truck.

Now I have been holding in my review in for some months. However today was your day. I am sitting here getting air in my tires, and first thing your manager dose is tell me I can't have people pulling into my shop like that. Thank God for the black man who places air in my tier and was so nice. I was applying to work here and the manager asked how long iv had a toung ring. I never came back. It's only because I have warranty on my tired that I got air. Yall stop treating people like that, and wonder why sales are the way they are. At first I thought you all were awesome until every time yall touched my Truck something went wrong. Didn't care I wasn't working didnt care i was a single mom. Horrible men. Besides the black man there once and a while.

Terrible service worse experience ever I went in their because my car was over heating the manager talking it’s your ac condesor fan which I figure he talking about your car has two fan I look dumb my car has one fan in for the ac fan than gave me that bullshit as price I don’t recommend this auto repair shop at all

I needed wheel alignment on both of my trucks. I arrived at 7:30 am and the service was done within an hour. Both trucks are riding perfectly after the service. Brandon was very professional and friendly. The price was more than fair. It's really nice to find a place where customer service still exists!!

Went to the dealer and was told my tire was good for two more oil changes. Thankfully I didn't listen to them and went to Midas. They were able to sort me out and keep me safe on the road.

If I could i would give no stars. I went in on Saturday with my car overheating. The manager told me i needed my water pump replaced. Midas had me sitting in the lobby for six hours with my 10 year old son. The manager came out and told me my car would not start, so i ended up calling o'reilys were I had a warranty on my battery. o'reilys even brought me the battery (o'reilys is great by the way). Midas came out and said my car still was not starting. Apparently i also needed my starter fixed. After all said and done and 1600 dollars later, i was on my way to work on Monday Morning and my car started to overheat. I ended up having my car towed to a different shop to get evaluated and they called me and stated my water pump is busted and leaking, and whatever Midas did screwed it up and is leaking bad. Midas has caused me a very big inconvenience and a loss of wages for the time i had to take off due to my car when it was supposed to be fixed and the manager assured me it would take care of the problem. I will like to speak to corporate office in this matter and get to the bottom of it. I will not be doing business with Midas on lem turner ever again. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!

I made an appointment for 9:30 am. It took almost 2 hours for an oil change and to patch a tire. I asked the manager what was taking so long. He said the gentleman performing the work was old. It appeared to take almost an hour for each action. The manager was unprofessional and ill-mannered. Also, he was hostile. I called corporate and have yet to receive a response. Andrew told me not to come back! And, when he pulled up in my car, he slammed my car door. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Thomas was so kind and generous. His customer service went well beyond. He was so sweet to my son and we had a good old conversation that will now be the table topic at the dinner table. DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. I don't usually take my time to write out reviews, especially a BAD review. I went to midas on sunbeam road for a long while and loved it. I ended up moving and I'm closer to this location (lem turner) now. In March, I went to get an oil change as I usually do when I go to midas. When they were done and I picked up my car, all they told me was I needed new tires and everything else looked good. Sometime in April I woke up for work, got in my car and noticed and oil light symbol on my dash. After trying to move my car, my car stalls. My boyfriend checked the oil on my car and it was DRY. Obviously I park in the same section on my driveway so I don't notice the leaks out of my car. I had to get it towed and we took it to a 3rd party mechanic and they said it was DEFINITELY A LOOSE OIL FILTER. We ended up getting in contact with midas customer service and they said they would "investigate it". We get NO WHERE with customer service so we just take it to midas (lem turner) and we gave them all the receipts and paperwork from the time I got my oil change and the 3rd party mechanic. They said they would look at it. Takes them another few days to look at it and they tell me something like they GUESS something blew my oil filter out and told me there's probably a recall on my engine and to call hyundai. So I call hyundai, set an appointment with them and go in and we show them the receipt midas gave me about the engine is a recall. They keep a copy and tell us that there is a couple recalls on it but it's just the system and steering. NOT THE ENGINE AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE ENGINE.It has been about a month now WITHOUT MY CAR and trying to get it fixed.

They Aligned my wife’s car in a weeks time the tires were worn out!I setup an appointment to redue alignment correctly steering wheel not centered.I spoke with Thomas for appointment 12:30 brought vehicle in he states it’s an additional charge of $3.25 scam when I have a lifetime alignment car set there additional 1 1/2 hours think twice guys good luck….
