After having a bad experience at a different location, I decided to bring my car to the Beach Blvd location on 1/25 for a diagnostic and repair. Josh, the Assistant Manager, and his crew restored my faith in Midas once again. I will definitely return back to this location in the future should I ever need repairs.

I’ve been coming here ever since i got my first car 4 years ago. The team at midas has always been extremely helpful and timely. Specifically the assistant manager Josh Schneider. He is a great conversationalist with excellent costumer service. For someone who has little understanding of cars (me) , he has always made sure to explain the services clearly to where i can understand exactly what’s going on. He has even given me great advice when it comes to school. Great service all around, everytime! i’ve only ever gotten my oil changed twice by other companies and each time i regretted not going to midas instead.

Today my tire blew up on the highway. I did not know what to do, I called Midas on Beach Boulevard and Jacob answered the phone. I’ve never had my vehicle towed anywhere before so he offered to help me get it to the shop. After that, he gave me the best price on a tire out of anywhere locally that came with a lifetime warranty and got me back on the road. Thank you so much. I will be back.

Came in today with no appointment just to see if they could take me and Josh the manager was awesome. Professional, not shady at all, and didn’t try and upsell me things I know my Volvo doesn’t need at only 22,000 miles. I came here after seeing the positive reviews after I went to Coggin Ford and waited in the service check in area for over 30 minutes without even being acknowledged (and I had an appt). Will never go back to the dealership when I can get treated like a valued customer at Midas and have my car ready in literally half the time.

Josh is an amazing manager no doubt, he helped me during a stressful restless day that I completely forgot where to pull the latch to my front trunk. There is one issue though, whoever did my oil change forgot to attach the cap back on and my car smells like there’s been a massive leak. Let’s just say it was pretty bad. I didn’t get to check on my car until now, which of course was during Christmas week trying to handle all preparations. Update 12/27: Jacob was able to help me with the situation, thank you guys.

Deedee and Tony are the BEES KNEES! Not only is the customer service top notch, but the man/expert that replaced my brakes was also top tier with his impeccable work. I just purchased a 2023 vehicle in Sept. and the rear brakes were already SHOT. I’m talking, it sounded like metal on metal every time I came to a stop. It was embarrassing. These ladies were extremely knowledgeable and pretty much knew what the issue was immediately. They got me in the same day I called and also allowed me to lend their loaner car at no charge since I would be out of a car. My car was finished being worked on that next day and my brakes no longer make any noises and it even feels better when coming to a stop. I will forever be a Midas customer!! This team deserves all the praise they can get!

Incompetent staff. No one communicated what was going on with my car throughout the day and when they were done “repairing” it the problem wasn’t addressed. The guy at the front desk said it was my fault cause i didn’t mention all the symptoms i was having with the car so thats why they couldn’t find out what was really wrong. Terrible customer service experience. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else

I went in for a standard oil change and tire rotation. They refused to rotate my tires because one of the tires was wearing differently than the other (no kidding this is why I want a rotation). They quoted me over 2,000 dollars worth of repairs. All of them were bogus. Saying I needed new tires (my tires had less than 25k miles on them, they are under warranty for 50k, and they are in good shape. Not even close to needing new tires. They sent three different technicians at me trying to get my to bite on the quoted repairs. At that point I had to practically demand I wanted an oil change only. They even made remarks when I checked on to “make sure to come back and see us so we can fix your car”. Over a year later and my car is running just fine without any of their quote on quote needed “repairs”. Beware of this shop. They are dishonest. Have not and will not be going back.
