Negative zero star is too higher for Midas, Horrible, terrible place, i waited whole day and paid them $1000 to replace two brakes, they not only not get job done, even bent and damaged my car brake hub!!!! i took my car to firestone to fix the damage, because i don't want Midas ever touch my car. government should shut this place down for public safety. unbelievable!! don't go to Midas unless you want them to stolen your hard earn money and damage your car,

Got new struts still made weird sound went to another mechanic after and they didnt even tighten everything. Joke of a mechanic Edit 1: They have now offered to pay me to remove my review. Must be why they have mostly good reviews.

Excellent, quick service! They have always taken me in no problem. I’ve came in for valve stem replacements, oil changes, etc and I am always met with staff members with excellent attitudes and a willingness to help me with any questions I have. Highly recommend.

I wanted to support a local place for my repair, but all the places I went to had bad customer service and no lobby! This Midas, however, has great customer service (Brad), a great waiting area, fit me in same day, and did a great repair! The service I received was putting an old tire on a new wheel (I feel like I should mention that I provided this). 5 stars!

This Midas was an AWESOME experience! First off, Brad was EXCELLENT with his customer service. Very kind, efficient, and friendly as we waited for the oil change to be done. The team moved quick to get our car in, and had it done in an efficient amount of time. We called about an hour and some change before they closed and Brad was helpful and warm to us. I definitely recommend using specifically this Midas! GREAT experience!

Brad reached out to me via text(which was super convenient) about my for explorer being due for an oil change. I was able to get scheduled the next morning around a time I desired. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time and the price was fair. The last time I brought my car in Demetrius Gave me a higher price i ever paid & when i questioned not getting a discount for using mu midas credit card his response was "we no longer do that here anymore." I have been a loyal customer to this location for almost 2 years now with 3 vehicles. Demetrius did give a voucher for my next oil change which i used on this occasion. my tires were rotated without having to request, Brad and histeam did an outstanding job keeping me a happy loyal customer to the East St location!

These guys are good and honest. They communicate well and tell you what you need and what you may need in the future. We found our new place we can actually trust. Shoutout to Brad for everything, too, including finding any discounts I could use on a bill with some major work. Highly recommend this place.

I have been bringing my cars to this Midas location for several years and I've always had excellent work done at a fair price. All the employees and especially the manager are friendly and professional. The infrequent times that they make a suggestion, I trust Midas professionals and know it's for the benefit of my car.

If you want Your oil drain plug put on with loctite by a pos making a funny tik tok video…. go here. They did that on my moms drain plug. Ruined the whole pan. Cost $500 to fix. Was the last place the oil was changed. Poor old lady. Screw this midas. Period.

Service was quick, employees kind. Price was high due to the part my van needed, but that would be the case regardless of where I took the van.
