Brought the car in for a simple oil change. They gave us a “free” inspection and tried to sell us on all the work that needed to be done. I’m not upset that they tried to do that, just more frustrated they tried selling two wiper blades that cost $10.50 a piece for $66 each. Pr maybe its the fact that they tried to sell me a serpentine belt for a $150 when they’re $50 at MOST at auto zone or online. Keep in mind too, they didn’t even realize the brakes needed to be replaced as they’re squealing yet nothing was mentioned about that. Do NOT bring your car here under any circumstances.

I'm a single mother of 4 and my car broke down a few days ago. It sputtered for long streaks of time and wouldn't start up. I called Midas to see if it was somehow salvageable as I cannot afford to replace a car right now. The man I spoke with over the phone, who said his name was Brad, assured me that this was something they could handle and told me I could set up an appointment, easing my concerns greatly. Joe Doody worked on my car for hours and was very polite. I'm back on the road now with little to no issues (that weren't already present.) The pricing was affordable and the time was mind boggling. Highly recommended!

I made an appointment over the phone. I knew my spark plugs and coils were wore out. Those parts cost maybe $150 at auto zone. That told me to be prepared to spend $1000. To replace the parts takes maybe an hour and a half. If mechanics keep extorting people we will go elsewhere.

If I could do 100 stars I would. Thain and his crew went above expectations as we were stranded in Indy. Because he found the part locally and stayed AFTER HOURS to replace it we made it back home the same day!!!!! Cannot say how amazed I am at this service!!!! If you live in Indianapolis please bring your service here! You will have no regrets!!!!

My husband Jake got my tires changed due to the winter storm that's going to happen tomorrow and them being completely worn down. They got us in immediately and gave us the best pricing on all four tires compared to their competitors! DJ, Mark, Cole and Tom did a fantastic job as usual. My wait time was very reasonable I never went anywhere and they did a full inspection on my car while just asking for an oil change I fully understand what needs to be done to my car to keep it for long Jevity. Than was a great customer service rep and explained everything down to T he was very professional and offered me the payment plan for my breaks and explained to me what was in need asap and what could wait a little. Cole was a great mechanic he even gave me some air in my only bad tire super nice. When I meet the whole team this was my 1st time at this company and my overall experience was beyond great thank you

The team at this location was super helpful and got my car fixed up and ready to go the same day. I had to have it towed to Midas in the middle of the night from my tire losing against a classic Indy pothole and the staff was helpful when I called in the morning and got me out quickly. Much appreciated!

Very satisfied. Asked them to do alignment, they inspected and said it is not necessary as it works perfect now. so did not charge me extra. Also did a great job on other stuff.

I came here at the recommendation of my trusted mechanic for an alignment. Demetrius was a professional individual with a great personality. I was in and out in a reasonable time frame for how busy they were. If there’s ever something my mechanic can’t complete for some reason, I’ll definitely inquire to these friendly folks again. Parts were very expensive but honestly not sure that would make a difference anywhere you go, and it doesn't take away from the Friendly and helpful staff. They were an amazing help and went above and beyond to ensure that My vehicle was made safe and I was helped as much as possible. Grateful to the entire team.
