I had brought my car into Midas on South Post Oak to get it checked out because my check engine light was on. Mr Troy assisted me with professionalism. It was a free scan and he was quick and honest about the diagnosis. I do recommend this establishment as I will bring my car back for further service.

Outstanding services, quick and on point - without unnecessary extra mechanical recommendations… I left my car because a motor oil leaking and they resolved the problem in 1 day, saving me a lot of extra money renting an additional car. I would only recommend this place to my enemies. Just save yourself a trip and go to Arthur’s Auto Service down the street. It’s a local business that won’t rip you off. Midas couldn’t even get turning off the service notification after changing (and over-filling, causing what appeared to be a large oil leak) my oil right.

Typically I hate doing anything that deals with cars but my mom needed her oil changed so I came to this location and Frank helped make the appointment smooth. I was in and out in a little less than an hour & he even explained to me why a single tire kept going bald. Will definitely be back

I called ahead and asked about Tire balancing and Frank was extremely helpful. He was able to squeeze me in at end of day and got me fixed up in no time. That’s the best car shop I have seen by the integrity of its staff members. First, Troy advised me to take my car back to where I fixed an issue instead of making unnecessary spending on the spot with them. He was right and the previous shop fixed the issue for free as part of warranty. Then, during another visit, Frank notified the issue I came for my car was just a result of displacement of a part and doesn’t really require part or labor. He gently took care of it before giving me my keys back. I strongly recommend anyone who needs truth worthy business with honest team members to try them out. A returning customer without a doubt.

went in for an oil change and the mechanic cracked something in the car after trying multiple times and now all oil leaked out and had to have my car towed, they are ducking the accountability of the issue and now im going to have to pay a real mechanic for repairs, BAD BUSINESS ALL AROUND!

There are hundreds of Midas across the country. What separates your Midas from the others???? Customer Service! The Midas in North Houston I gave a review of 5 stars. I didn't get my car until I complained. The Management needs to learn what separates his store from hundreds of other oil change companies. I will take my business elsewhere.
