Thank you to all the men that worked on my truck for getting the job done correctly I had a hard time at the other Midas 3937 N Blackstone had to take my truck back 3 times and finally I refused to have them work on it so they offered to fix it here @ 7340 N Blackstone they got the job done and I appreciate it. You guys are great! Thanks to the owner for making things right I really appreciate the service Midas has done making me feel comfortable. God bless you all!

Just had Midas do a 4 wheel alignment where they did need to do some adjustments. While there fortunately they did a safety inspection and found that the less than 1 year old water pump was leaking. Living in the mountains this was a tremendous find. Thankfully the water pump is still under warranty. Once again Midas has come thru to keep my family safe! Thank you Team Midas!

Fast service, polite and not pushy. Everyone explained the needs and services in great detail. Their response time is quick. I have means a Mora’s client in Fresno since 2020. The most recent service occurred late the Rover Park location. They took good care of me and my car.

I like it here, my favorite place for car service. Compared to a dealership service center, Midas is much better. They can handle nearly any mechanical issue, have fair prices, kind + accommodating staff, and its very easy to make appointments.

I’m so grateful to everyone at this Midas! I came in with a very quickly leaking puncture in my tire, it was my first day at a new job and I had an hour drive ahead of me and 30 minutes before I had to leave. No way was I going to make it, but they got me right in and fixed up! Some of the nicest help I’ve ever gotten! Highly recommend going to them, especially as a woman who knows very little about cars! Also, I made it to work on time… 😊 thank you guys again!

Marcos was super helpful, caring and great customer service. The staff was polite and helpful getting my car ready for a long road-trip. Even came back a couple days later with a cosmetic problem and they fixed up quickly and not extra cost to me. I finally found a great place in Fresno, that makes me feel comfortable and not over priced. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

Highest recommendation! I came in with bad rear brakes that were incredibly loud on a large sprinter van and they got the work done asap as I was just passing through. Carlos & Marcos were thorough & professional to work with. I sat and waited for the work to be done and watched how the place operated. The gents in the shop were nothing but respectful and tried to help out each other wherever they could. I don’t believe I met the owner when I was there but they should be mighty proud of the team they got working together, very few places manage to build a team dynamic like that. Carlos was very personable, family man and treated everyone as equals - respect. A HUGE thanks to the one who did the labour intensive work as my old brakes were basically seized on! Whatever he’s making - it’s not enough! Appreciate the effort!! 👍🏼 🚐 🪶 I’m Up and down the mountains again and the brakes are quite as a mouse!

Marcos and Carlos went above and beyond to help my grandmother get her brakes done without an appointment and at a good prices they also gave her a coupon for an oil change and did that the same day. she loves mechanic Jose and only wants him to touch her car because he shows her and explains why parts or services need to be done. all they guys are friendly. we will continue to use Midas as our go to shop.

I stepped into the Midas river park location in Fresno …I had a flat tire and was running on time do to work . But the guys there made it happen for me … I was happy and satisfied with my customer experience…Carlos and his team were just amazing they helped me quickly and efficiently….I'm so satisfied I will return again

I very much appreciated my recent experience with the Midas located at 7340 N Blackstone in Fresno. From the Manager Carlos's expedient and courteous service, to our Technician José and his diligence and precision while addressing our vehicles needs, I could not have been more pleased with our experience at this Midas. As Americans we come to expect a certain level of service with large national brands and franchises, but we forget that it is the people employed at these businesses that make whatever magic there is to be had, happen. I would like to make it abundantly clear, that I was so impressed with Carlos and José and their dedication to customer service, as well as their aptitude in the automotive repair vocation, that I would not hesitate to return and entrust my automotive needs to their capable hands. Keeping those things I'm mind, I will add one caveat; if you do decide to visit my friends at this location, and you see that they are clearly super busy, please be patient and know that the service you receive will be well worth the wait! Under new ownership and it’s definitely an upgrade. The manger really cares and made the effort to give me an honest assessment of what work I needed vs in the near future. Some places I go in for an oil change and then they come back with basically I need a new car. Definitely worth getting a quote and basic service was good.
