I came for a wheel alignment, the mechanic struggled to align my steering wheel, all of my front suspension is brand new. He said I needed a steering box. Which was not the case. Raul was very rude when addressing a coupon with another customer. Stated they do not honor corporate coupons. The lady delivering parts arrived and Raul was rude to her as well. Poor customer service overall.

Came in for an oil change and was greeted with great customer service by Jacob ! The service on the vehicle itself was done in a timely manner and didn’t take long at all! Highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here !

Friendly service, but in an oil change they overfilled the oil (see picture), and an hour later car began producing lots and lots of smoke, scared and suspecting some problem with the engine, I took it to the Dealer (it's a relatively new car still under guarantee). They found the problem, drained the oil, and put fresh oil. Midas did not want to refund my expense and only offered another oil change (who would want that from the same shop?). I lost a day without a car and ended up paying dealer prices for an oil change. Never again.

I went to get a flat tire fixed, but because the whole wasn't able to be fixed anymore I had to get a new tire. Jakeb made the process painless and easy and even kept me company by talking to me during the wait.

I had a blown out flat and Midas helped me immediately! They offered to drive my car safely to the building, they changed out the tire effortlessly and quickly! Shout-out to the guy who walked all the way to my car and drove it back though! 😭🙏

Jacob from Midas on Yarbrough rectified the previous "work" done at another, disfavoring, Midas location. Jacob provided reassurance that my Jeep's oil change and tire rotation were ACTUALLY completed thoroughly. I highly recommend Jacob Midas on Yarbrough.

Amazing customer service! Jacob has such a great personality and went above and beyond helping me with my oil change and answering any questions I had. Service was fast and had me out in under 25 minutes (compared to other places where I have had to wait up to over an hour). Will definitely be coming back to this location for future needs!
