I just wanna say thank you to their master tech Chris at Midas. I took my wife’s car in to replace a set of headlights, a doorstop, and a large plastic panel at the bottom of the windshield. Chris handle replacing these parts very nicely and took great care of the car in doing so. He even had to remove the front facia and bumper to get to the headlights.When I went to pick up the car, Chris explained everything he did with great detail, and you could clearly tell how much he knew about what he was doing. No added damage or scratches to the car and car looks amazing. My wife and I are very happy with the end result. Thank you, Chris!!

I had a tire that was.pretry low, and I assumed I had a flat to fix. They stated I needed to buy a new tire. The tire is not fixable. Took it to a non-corporate establishment. All my tires needed was the proper amount of air. These guys tried to take advantage of me and I'm disgusted by it.

Brought my truck for a wheel alignment. They took my truck for about an hour and did nothing to it but was charged for a service that was not performed. Went back 2 times to get the job done, and they said it couldn't be done until I replaced the steering gear box. Took the truck to a shop in the central area, and the alignment was done with no problems.

Came here for oil change including all the other things they check so they advised a few other urgent parts to replace. Raul the General Mgr. gave me discounts on all the labor, so had all the work done at an affordable price. I will be doing more repairs on my car here. Edgar the Mgr. at this George Dieter location is also nice.

Had a great experience getting my oil changed. My first time visiting a Midas ever. Friendly staff and quick service. I’d come back for sure. Better experience than a lot of other places lately.

I had a family emergency and have to take a 12hr drive across the state. I called Midas location on George Dieter and spoke with Edgar, no appointment was needed and told me to bring the car over. I arrived and was greeted by the GM Raul. He was very helpful, offering a free tire rotation and a deal that is being offered online for full synthetic oil. I couldn’t be more thankful for the extra help my pockets needed it. Waiting area quiet and well maintained, staff is available for any questions during the process.

I think I finally found a shop in El Paso that I can trust. Everywhere else just seems kind of shady. If you come speak to Carlos he's very honest and upfront.

The shop manager and employees were very professional and were able to explain the issues with my brakes. They were able to correct the issue prior to me traveling 12 back home. Great customer service!
